Why AI consulting pays.
Two reasons, and neither is that the technology is new. The first is the cost of buying wrong. A platform your team quietly stops opening in week three still bills you every month, and nobody wants to be the one who raises it.
The second is the pilot that never shipped. Most businesses this size have already had one conversation about this, produced a document, and changed nothing. The document was the deliverable, which is the failure.
Here is the part nobody says out loud. You cannot check any of it. You bought the seats, somebody set them up, and no line anywhere shows you what the spend produced this month. When you ask, the answer is about adoption rates.

Three steps, and the last one is why the first two are checkable. Each ends with something you can open and read, because a step that produces nothing you can hold did not happen.
AI is the engine underneath my own business, not a product I resell. It is the reason one person can write the plan and then build the first thing on it, and every judgment call about your business stays mine.
What I need from you is small and it is not optional. A walkthrough of how the work is done today, access to the systems, and a straight answer about what must never leave the building.

I sit with the work as it actually runs, count how often each task happens and where it breaks, then rank the candidates against effort and risk. You get the ranked list with the reasoning attached.

What AI consulting costs.
$1,000 a month. Consulting is one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take the ones your business needs.
There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee, so month one costs what month six costs. Any tool subscriptions are bought in your name and billed to you directly rather than marked up by me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see.
