01 · WHAT CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION COVERS
What conversion work covers.
Getting more of the visitors you already have to do something, instead of buying more visitors. Nothing here needs more traffic to start working, which is why it is usually the first thing worth doing on a site that already gets found.
Five things, and the first two account for most of what I find.
The first screen
What you do, where you do it, and how to reach you, visible without scrolling on a phone. A visitor who has to work out what your business is has already left.
How you can be contacted
A phone number that dials on a tap, a form short enough that somebody finishes it, and no dead end where a busy person has to guess what happens next.
Speed on a phone on a bad connection
A page that keeps a visitor waiting loses them before the copy gets a chance. This is technical work and it is measurable before and after.
What the page actually says
The outcome your buyer wants, in the words they use, above the description of your process. Most business sites open with their own history and close with a form.
Where people are dropping out
Real behaviour on your real pages: which step loses them, which form field they abandon, which page they leave from. The change follows the evidence instead of a taste argument.
02 · WHY CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION MATTERS
Why conversion work pays.
You are already paying for the visitors. Every click from search or an ad costs the same whether the page turns it into a call or wastes it, and in legal, medical and home services those clicks are expensive.
So the question is not how to get more traffic. It is what happens to the traffic you have. A business that doubles what a visitor is worth can pay twice as much for the click as its competitors and still be ahead.
Here is the part nobody says out loud. You cannot check any of this either. A redesign happened, an invoice arrived, the site looks better, and no line anywhere shows you whether more people called afterwards. When you ask, the answer is about the brand.
That is an accounting problem before it is a design one, and it is why every change I make gets a date and a before number.
03 · CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION RESULTS
Audits published in full.
My answer to that is a record instead of a promise. Every audit I write is published in full, under my own name, at its own address, dated, faults included, and you do not have to fill in a form to read one.
Conversion is one of the lenses in every one of them, so you can read what I would say about a real site before you show me yours.
Clients get the same thing every month, plus the login. One page: what shipped, what it produced, what I am doing next, and what I got wrong.
- A full website audit I published, start to finishread it
- Every audit I have published, in fullread it
- A local lead system I built and run in the openread it

The page every ad dollar lands on.

A neon heart that floats, with no box around it.

Your audit lives at a url, not in a PDF attachment.

04 · CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY
How the work runs.
There are three steps and the third is the one that matters. Each ends with something you can open and read, because a step that produces nothing you can hold did not happen.
AI is the engine underneath it. It is the reason one person can crawl every page, watch the real behaviour and ship the changes for you instead of a team, and every judgment call about your business stays mine.
What I need from you is small and it is not optional. Access to the site and the analytics, and a straight answer about which enquiry you actually want more of.
- 01
Diagnose
I crawl the site, read the real behaviour on the pages that matter, and walk your own enquiry path on a phone. You get a ranked list of what is losing customers with the evidence attached to each item.
- 02
Build
I change the pages, in the order the diagnosis said instead of the order that is easiest to bill. One change at a time, so the thing that moved is knowable.
- 03
Measure
Every change is logged with a date and the number it started from. You have the login, so whether it worked is yours to read rather than mine to summarize.
05 · WHO I DO CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION FOR
The businesses I do this work for.
The faults are different by trade, and so is what a visitor is deciding when they land.
- 01
Professional services
Law firms, accounting practices, insurance, financial advice and property management. High value per client and a long consideration window, so the page is being read carefully and the credibility signals decide it.
- 02
Medical and dental
Practices, med spas, chiropractic, therapy and veterinary. Most of the decision happens on a phone, and booking friction costs more here than anything about the wording.
- 03
Home and trade
Home services, trades and contractors. The visitor wants a number, a service area and evidence you turn up, and the winner is usually whoever is easiest to call.
06 · HOW MUCH CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION COSTS
What conversion work costs.
$1,000 a month, inside the websites service rather than as a separate line. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take the ones your business needs.
No setup fee and nothing for onboarding. Month one costs the same as month twelve.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged with the number it started from, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see.
You own the site, the domain and the analytics from the first week, and if you leave you leave with all of it.
