01 · ECOMMERCE WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES

What an ecommerce build includes.

A store that takes money reliably, on a phone, and tells you where it is losing orders. Five pieces, and the checkout is the one that decides whether the rest was worth building.

Selling online in the Valley is not only shipping. Local pickup, delivery inside the city, and appointments paid up front are all ecommerce, and they are usually the fastest revenue to turn on.

Product pages that answer the question

Real photographs, the sizes and options laid out plainly, shipping cost and delivery time visible before the cart. Most abandoned orders are abandoned on the page before the cart, not in it.

Checkout and payments

As few steps as the order allows, guest checkout on by default, card and wallet payments live, tax and shipping calculated correctly for Nevada and out of state.

Local pickup and delivery

Pickup at your location, delivery inside the Valley, and appointment or deposit payments taken online. For a lot of Las Vegas businesses this is the part that pays for the build.

Speed on a phone

Most of your buyers are on a phone on a normal connection. A store that takes six seconds to show a product loses the order before the product is seen.

Tracking that shows the drop off

Every step from product view to paid order measured, so the question is never why sales are flat. The report says which step is leaking and how much.

02 · WHY ECOMMERCE MATTERS

Why an online store pays.

An online store sells at the hour your buyer is deciding, which is rarely the hour your doors are open. That is the whole economic case and it does not need dressing up.

The second reason is measurement. A store is the only part of a business where every step from first look to paid order can be counted, so the marketing above it stops being a matter of opinion.

The usual failure is not the design. A store gets built, looks fine, takes a trickle of orders, and nobody can say why the other visitors left. That is an accounting problem before it is a marketing one, and a store that reports its own leaks fixes it.

03 · ECOMMERCE RESULTS

Results from ecommerce work.

Fourteen years building and running sites that take payments for Las Vegas businesses, including systems I own, sell through and support myself.

What you can check before you sign is how I report. Every build I run publishes the same monthly one-pager, and the audits behind my recommendations are published in full at their own addresses, faults included.

04 · HOW ECOMMERCE DESIGN WORK RUNS

How my ecommerce build runs.

Three steps, and the third one never stops.

AI does the volume underneath all three: writing the product copy from your own specifications, checking every page and every checkout path after each change, catching the broken variant a person would find weeks later. AI is the engine, never the product, and every decision is mine.

What I need from you is the product information, the photographs you have, and a straight answer about which products actually make you money.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

If a store exists I read it first: the checkout path on a phone, the drop off at each step, speed, tax and shipping setup, and what your competitors show that you do not. You get a ranked list with the evidence attached.

  2. 02

    Build

The store gets built or rebuilt on hosting in your name, products and options loaded, payments and shipping wired and tested with real orders, and tracking on from the first day.

  3. 03

    Measure

Every issue gets a date the day it is found and closes itself when a later run stops finding it. You get the login and a one-pager every month saying what shipped and what it produced.

05 · HOW MUCH DOES AN ECOMMERCE WEBSITE COST

What an ecommerce site costs.

$1,000 a month, inside the websites service. The build is included in the monthly rather than quoted as a project, which is why there is no setup fee and no onboarding fee.

Two services are $1,799 a month. Three are $2,499. Card processing fees go to the payment processor, not to me.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.

The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts you.

You own the store, the domain, the hosting, the payment account and the customer list from the first week, and you leave with all of it and a full export.

What my clients say.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.

Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!

07 · COMMON ECOMMERCE QUESTIONS

Ecommerce questions.

How much does it cost to create a company website?
Here it is $1,000 a month with the build included, so there is no separate project price to negotiate. The wider market quotes ecommerce builds as one off projects that swing enormously with the product count, which is why almost nobody publishes a number and why mine is on the page.
What is the 3 second rule in website design?
A visitor decides whether to stay within about three seconds, so the page has to say what you sell and what to do next before anything else loads. On a store that means the product, the price and the buy button, not a video header.
Can ChatGPT design a website?
It can produce a page and it cannot run a store. Payments, tax, shipping, stock, refunds and the tracking that shows where orders leak are the actual work, and all of it has to keep working next month. I use AI heavily inside my own process and the accountability stays with me.
What is SEO for ecommerce?
Getting your product and category pages found by people already searching for what you sell. It is the same eight jobs as any other SEO with the weight moved onto category pages, product titles and structured data, and it is a separate service from the build.
Which platform will you build my store on?
Whichever one fits your products and your team, and I will tell you plainly when the platform you already have is fine. Moving a working store to a new platform to suit the person building it is a cost with no return, and I would rather fix what you have.
Who owns the store and the customer data?
You do. Every account is opened in your name with me added, so the store, the domain, the payment account and the customer list are yours from the first week and you leave with a full export.
Who actually does the work?
I do. There is no account coordinator between us and no handoff to a junior after you sign, so the person testing your checkout is the person you talked to.

More of what I run

The rest of the range.

Every lane is scoped and priced the same plain way, and one person runs all of them.
