“Justin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine investment in our success have been evident throughout this process. We are truly grateful.”
The six practices I work with.
Six practice types, each with its own page and its own numbers, because a firm that bills by the matter is not marketed the same way as one that bills by the month.
What they share is the buying moment. Somebody has a problem they cannot solve themselves, they are choosing a person instead of a product, and they decide before they ever pick up the phone.
What makes professional services different.
Nobody shops a professional on price first. They shop on whether you look like the person who has done this before, which means trust is the product and the website is where it gets decided.
That changes what the work is. A retail business needs traffic. A firm needs the right traffic, arriving already convinced, because a partner's hour spent on an unqualified consult is the most expensive input in the building.
It also changes the failure mode. Bad marketing does not cost a firm a sale. It costs a year of the wrong matters and a calendar full of consults that were never going to sign.
Audits published in full.
Every audit I write is published under my own name at its own address, dated, faults included, and nothing is gated behind a form.
Read one the way you read a brief before you sign anything. If it looks like something you would want written about your own site, that is the entire pitch.
See what this would find on your website.
What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run professional services marketing.
Three steps, and the third one is the point, because the third one is what makes the first two checkable.
AI carries the volume underneath all three. It crawls every page, tracks the terms your practice area is fought over on, and catches the regression a person would only find by accident. The engine is the machine and every call on your account is mine.
Progress here is a dated row you can open yourself, and it stays open until it closes.
Diagnose
I crawl the site, pull the live results for the terms your firm should own, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against the firms holding those positions now. The result is a ranked list you can check line by line.
Build
Practice or service pages written and shipped, technical faults closed, the profile rebuilt, the review flow set up, and tracking on every call and form. In the order the diagnosis said, not the order that bills easiest.
Measure
Every issue gets a date the day it is found and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask about.
Everything I do, listed.
Search is one of six things I run, and a firm rarely needs all six. If the audit says your problem is somewhere else, I will tell you and name who fixes it, and I do the other five myself.
What professional services marketing costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search, the website, Google Ads and email each count as one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take the ones the firm needs.
There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee, so month one costs what month six costs. Your ad budget goes directly to the platform. It never passes through me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your firm.
Almost no one publishes a price for this. You are asking a question the market avoids, and this is the answer.

I am Justin Harris, a Las Vegas digital marketer, and professional services firms are most of my work.
Fourteen years in this valley and more than 300 businesses. A decade of that was inside agencies running production, account management, creative direction and finally the sales team, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
On your account there is no coordinator and no junior. You get a straight answer about what is realistic in your practice area, and a dated record of every change I made.
