01 · WHAT PPC MANAGEMENT SERVICES COVER
What Google Ads management covers.
Everything between your budget and a booked customer. The account, the campaigns, the copy, the negative keyword lists, the landing page the click arrives on, and the tracking that says which search did the work.
Most accounts I take over are losing money in one of four places, and none of the four is the bid.
Search terms and negatives
The report showing what people actually typed, read every week, with the searches that will never buy added to a negative list. This is where most wasted spend lives and it is the fastest thing to fix.
Campaign structure and copy
Campaigns split by what the money is for rather than by what is easy to report on, with ad copy written for the specific search instead of one message stretched across everything.
The landing page
The page the click lands on decides whether the click was worth buying. If your ads are fine and the page is the problem, I will tell you that instead of raising your budget.
Conversion tracking
Calls, forms and bookings tracked back to the search that produced them. Without this you are optimising toward clicks, which is the metric the platform is happy to sell you more of.
02 · WHY PPC MANAGEMENT PAYS
Why Google Ads pays.
Search advertising is the only channel where you can be in front of someone at the moment they are looking to buy, and be there this week rather than next quarter.
That is also why the mistakes are expensive. Badly aimed ads spend the whole budget on people who were never going to call, and the account keeps running because the report says impressions went up.
Ads are the fast clock and search is the slow one. Running both is normal, and confusing the two is how owners end up disappointed in the one that was working.
03 · GOOGLE ADS AGENCY RESULTS
Results from Google Ads work.
Fourteen years running paid and organic search for Las Vegas businesses, including practices, franchises and one lead system I own and run in the open.
The part you can check before you sign is the reporting. Every account I run publishes the same monthly one-pager, and the audits behind my recommendations are published in full at their own addresses.

- A full audit I published, start to finishread it

The page every ad dollar lands on.

A neon heart that floats, with no box around it.

Your audit lives at a url, not in a PDF attachment.

04 · HOW A SEM AGENCY RUNS GOOGLE ADS
How my Google Ads work runs.
Three steps, and the third one never stops.
AI does the volume underneath all three: reading every search term the account collected, drafting variants, flagging the campaign that drifted before the month closes. AI is the engine, never the product, and every decision on your account is mine.
What I need from you is account access and a straight answer about which jobs are actually worth having. A business that wants more of every kind of customer is a business nobody can advertise for.
- 01
Audit
I read the account before I touch it. Search terms, wasted spend, conversion tracking, the landing page and what your competitors are bidding on. You get a ranked list with the evidence attached to each item.
- 02
Build
Campaigns rebuilt or launched with negative keyword lists in place before the first click rather than after the first month, tracking wired to calls and forms, and copy written per search.
- 03
Optimise
Every week: search terms read, waste cut, bids and budgets moved toward what produced a customer. Every issue carries the date I found it, and you have the login to read the record yourself.
05 · ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT SERVICES COST
What Google Ads management costs.
$1,000 a month to run the account. Your ad spend is separate and it goes straight to Google, not to me, so nothing about my fee grows when your budget does.
Google Ads is one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499. No setup fee and no onboarding fee, so the first month costs what every month costs.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts you.
The account is opened in your name with me added as a manager. You own the account, the history and the conversion data from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.
