What fractional leadership is.
A senior operator in a seat you cannot yet justify filling full time. Not an advisor who sends recommendations, and not a vendor running one channel. The seat carries the function.
The problem it solves is specific. The company is past the point where the founder can hold marketing in his head, and nowhere near the point where a senior hire is affordable or findable. That gap is where the wrong hire usually happens: a junior with nobody above them, reproducing the same problem with a different org chart.

$1,000 a month, the same as any other service I run. Two services are $1,799 a month and three are $2,499, so a seat plus the search work plus the website is one number you can read here.
A full operating seat, where I am accountable for the entire marketing function and every channel inside it, I scope with you on a call. That is the one thing on this site with no number on it, because the scope genuinely differs.
No setup fee and no onboarding fee. I do not bill by the hour, and I do not send a discovery invoice before the work starts.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
