01 · WHAT A CONTENT MARKETING COMPANY DOES
The content work I run.
I write the pages. Not a brief handed to a freelancer, not a monthly quota of posts nobody searched for, and not a thousand words padded around a keyword because a tool said the average was a thousand words.
Every page starts from a search somebody in the Valley actually types, and it exists to answer that search better than whoever currently ranks for it.
Service pages
One page per thing you sell, written to answer the search a buyer makes when they are ready to book. These earn more than any blog post and almost nobody writes them properly.
Location pages
Real pages for the parts of the Valley you serve, with something specific on each. Not the same page with the city swapped, which search engines have discounted for years.
The questions your buyers ask
The things people type the night before calling you. Cost, comparison, what happens first, whether insurance covers it. Answering these is what gets you quoted by an assistant.
Comparison and alternative pages
You against the options a buyer is weighing, written honestly. Buyers search these constantly and most practices leave the page to a directory that monetises the click.
Rewrites of what you already have
Most sites here do not need more pages. They need the twelve they have to stop saying nothing. Rewriting usually pays back faster than publishing.
Internal linking and structure
Pages arranged so a search engine and a buyer both understand which of them is the important one. Structure is why some sites rank a new page in a fortnight and others never do.
02 · WHY CONTENT MARKETING MATTERS
What written pages do for a practice.
Search is the one channel where nobody has to be interrupted or persuaded to care. They typed it. The only question is whose page is there when they do, and a page is the only thing that can be there.
It is also the work that decides whether you get named when a buyer asks an assistant instead of typing. Assistants quote pages that answer a question plainly, and most sites in this valley have never been written that way.
The reason content spend feels unaccountable is that it usually is. A quota of posts arrives, a report says impressions went up, and nobody can point at a page and say a client came from that. Word count is not a ranking factor and never was, but it is easy to bill.
So I write fewer pages, aimed at searches with buyers behind them, and every page gets a date and a record of what it produced.
03 · CONTENT MARKETING RESULTS
Work I have published.
The plainest sample of my writing is the audits. Every one I write for a client is published in full, under my own name, at its own address, dated, and nothing is gated. One runs past ten thousand words on a single client site.
That is the same voice and the same standard your pages get written in. You can read it before you pay me anything, which is more than a portfolio of screenshots offers.
Fourteen years of the work is on the wall. UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas, Supercuts, Panda Express and Silverton, and three hundred and more Las Vegas businesses since.

The page every ad dollar lands on.

A neon heart that floats, with no box around it.

Your audit lives at a url, not in a PDF attachment.

04 · CONTENT MARKETING STRATEGY
How the content work runs.
Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me instead of a content shop.
One person can research, write and publish at this rate because AI does the volume: the search data, the competitor reading, the first pass at structure, the second look over my own draft. You are not buying the machine. Every page goes out in my words and I will say so on the record.
The order changes by trade. A law firm needs practice area pages and the questions a client is too embarrassed to ask on the phone. A dental practice needs procedure pages, cost answers and insurance. A home services company needs the job, the price range and the guarantee.
- 01
Diagnose
I pull the searches your buyers make, check what already ranks for them, and find where you have no page at all. You get a ranked list with the volume and the reason attached to each item.
- 02
Build
I write the pages in the order the diagnosis said, publish them, link them properly, and rewrite the ones you already have that are costing you more than they earn.
- 03
Measure
Every page gets an identity the day it ships, with what it was written to answer and what it has done since. You have the login and can read it without asking me for a summary.
05 · WHAT CONTENT MARKETING COSTS
What content marketing costs.
Content sits inside the SEO line, and a line is $1,000 a month. That is the whole number, not $1,000 for content and another $1,000 for the rest of the search work.
The SEO line covers the site work, the pages, the Google Business Profile, the reviews, the AI-search work, plus the written audit, and it is the same $1,000 for one location as for four.
Two services together are $1,799 a month. Three are $2,499. There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee, so month one costs what month six costs.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts you.
You own every page I write, the site, the domain and the analytics from the first week, and if you leave you leave with all of it.
$1,000 a month for the whole SEO line, content included
06 · BEST CONTENT MARKETING COMPANY
What the people who hired me say.
The reviews on my Google profile are from owners in this valley.
"Justin knows what he's doing highly recommend using his service he will treat you right and give you tremendous value!" Gregory James.
"Justin is one of those guys who actually knows what he's talking about and doesn't cut any corners. Will definitely be working with him again." David Swartley.
Five-star rated, and every one of them was written by somebody who dealt with me rather than with an account coordinator.
After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
