01 · AI AUTOMATION SERVICES
What AI automation covers.
Automation is worth doing on the tasks somebody in your office performs the same way every day, because those are the ones a machine does correctly and never forgets. Anything that needs a judgment call stays with a person.
Five things carry most of the value in a business your size, and I build them in this order.
Lead intake and routing
Every form, call and message lands in one place with the source attached, gets qualified against your own rules, and reaches the right person while the buyer is still deciding.
Quoting and proposals
The details come out of the enquiry, the numbers come out of your own price list, and the document is drafted and waiting for you to approve rather than written from scratch.
Follow-up that does not depend on memory
The enquiry that went cold, the proposal nobody signed, the customer who has not been back. Written, scheduled and sent, and it stops the moment somebody replies.
Moving data between systems
The retyping between your CRM, your books, your calendar and your spreadsheets. This is the least interesting item on the list and usually the largest single saving.
The reporting nobody has time to build
One page that assembles itself: what came in, where it came from, what closed, and what is sitting untouched. It arrives whether or not anybody remembers to ask for it.
After-hours answering
The call at seven at night that reaches voicemail is a job you never hear about. A front desk that takes the details and books the appointment recovers it.
02 · WHY AI AUTOMATION MATTERS
Why AI automation pays.
Two reasons, and only one of them is about speed. The first is that the task gets done at all. Work that depends on a person remembering at the end of a long day is work that happens most of the time, and most of the time is where the money goes.
The second is speed to the buyer. The business that answers first usually wins the job, and in most offices the enquiry that arrives after five is answered the next morning by somebody who has forty others.
Here is the part nobody says out loud about software. You cannot tell whether it works either. You bought the platform, somebody set it up, and no line anywhere shows you what it did this month. When you ask, the answer is about seats and usage.
That is an accounting problem before it is a technology one, and it is the same complaint owners have about their marketing.
03 · AI AUTOMATION RESULTS
Systems running in the open.
My answer to that is a record instead of a promise, and the easiest way to judge me on automation is to look at the automation I run on my own work.
The audit platform below crawls client sites on a schedule, scores them, opens an issue the day a fault appears, and closes it when a later run stops finding it. Nobody types any of that. It is live and you can read it without filling in a form.
Clients get the same thing every month, plus the login. One page: what shipped, what it produced, what I am doing next, and what I got wrong.

- A local lead system I built and run in the openread it
- A full website audit it produced, start to finishread it

The page every ad dollar lands on.

A neon heart that floats, with no box around it.

Your audit lives at a url, not in a PDF attachment.

04 · HOW AI AUTOMATION WORKS
How the build runs.
There are three steps and the third is the one that matters. Each ends with something you can open and read, because a step that produces nothing you can hold did not happen.
AI is the engine, not the product. It is the reason one person can build and run this for you instead of a team, and every judgment call about your business stays mine.
What I need from you is small and it is not optional. Access to the systems, one walkthrough of how the task is done today, and a straight answer about what must never be automated.
- 01
Diagnose
I sit with the task as it actually runs, count how often it happens and where it breaks, then rank what is worth automating against what is cheap to leave alone. You get the ranked list with the reasoning attached.
- 02
Build
I build it in your accounts, on your data, starting with the one that pays back soonest. It runs alongside the manual process until you trust it, then the manual process stops.
- 03
Measure
Every run is logged and every failure raises itself the day it happens rather than the month you notice. You have the login, so what the machine did is yours to read rather than mine to summarize.
05 · HOW MUCH AI AUTOMATION COSTS
What AI automation costs.
$1,000 a month. Automation is one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take the ones your business needs.
No setup fee and no onboarding fee, so the first month costs what every month costs. The model usage is billed to your own provider account rather than marked up by me, so you can see what the machine itself cost.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see.
You own the accounts, the data and the automations from the first week, and if you leave you leave with all of it running.

06 · AI AUTOMATION REVIEWS
What clients say about the work.
Fourteen years of this in one valley, and the reviews are 5-star rated and public under my own name rather than collected on a page I control.
Read them before you talk to me. The ones worth reading say the same two things: the work got done, and somebody explained it in a straight sentence.
After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
