The short version. I collect what you type into a form on this site and what Google Analytics records about your visit. I do not sell any of it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time. Last updated August 9, 2026.

Who this privacy policy is from.
This site is justinharris.ai, run by Justin Harris, a digital marketer in Las Vegas, Nevada. No separate company between us, and nobody else manages it.

WHAT INFORMATION I COLLECT
What information I collect.
Two kinds. Things you hand me on purpose, and things your browser reports automatically.
What you type into a form
Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your website address, and whatever you write in the message box. On the free website grader it is your website address and your email address. On the review form it is your name and what you wrote.
What your visit reports
Your general location at the city level, the pages you looked at, how you got here, and what browser and device you used. This comes from Google Analytics 4 and it is not tied to your name.
What the audit tools read
When you run a free audit I fetch the public pages of the website address you gave me, the same way a search engine does. I do not need a login and I do not ask for one.

How I use your information.
I use it to answer you and to run the work you asked for. Nothing else.
DO YOU SELL MY DATA
I do not sell your data.
I have never sold personal information collected through this site and have no arrangement to do so. No data broker, no list rental.
Nevada residents have a statutory right to submit a verified request that an operator not sell their covered information. Send it to justin@justinharris.ai and the answer is the line above.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Cookies and Google Analytics.
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies on this site. They record that a visit happened, which pages it touched and roughly where it came from. Never your name.
You can block them. Every browser refuses cookies in its settings, and Google publishes an add-on that opts you out of Analytics everywhere. Nothing here breaks.
There is no advertising pixel retargeting you across the web from this site.
DO NOT TRACK
Do not track signals.
Browsers send a Do Not Track signal, and there is still no agreed standard for what a site should do with it, so this site does not act on it. The browser controls above stop analytics regardless of what any site honors.
WHO I SHARE INFORMATION WITH
Who I share information with.
The tools that make this site work, and nobody else. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
- Google Analytics, for the visit data described above
- The email service that delivers my email, so a message can reach you
- The calendar tool that books calls, if you book one
- The payment processor, if you are a client paying an invoice
- A court or a law enforcement agency, if I am legally required to hand something over
HOW LONG YOU KEEP MY INFORMATION
How long I keep your information.
Form submissions stay in my email and client records while there is a reason to keep them. For a client, that is the engagement plus the years my tax records must survive.
Analytics data expires on Google's retention schedule. Ask me to delete what I hold and I delete it, then tell you when.
HOW MY INFORMATION IS PROTECTED
How your information is protected.
The site runs over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted on the way to me. The accounts holding it use two factor authentication.
No system is perfect. If something I hold is ever exposed, I will tell you in writing what happened and what I did, without being asked.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Your privacy rights.

CHILDRENS PRIVACY
Children under thirteen.
This site is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen, and I delete it if I find any.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Links to other sites.
Some pages link out to client websites, published audits and other tools. Once you click through you are under somebody else's policy, and this one stops applying.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Changes to this privacy policy.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change to what I collect or who sees it gets said on the page, not quietly edited in.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that. No setup or onboarding fee, and you own everything.
