REFUND POLICY
How Refunds Work Here.
The structure does most of the work. There is no setup fee and no term, so the way you stop paying me is to stop, not to argue about a refund. Last updated August 9, 2026.

CAN I GET A REFUND
Whether you can get a refund.
Most refund fights start with a setup fee, a signed term, or a year paid up front. None of those exist here. One line is $1,000, and you can end it any month in writing with thirty days notice.
During those thirty days I am still working, so that month is payable and not refunded. After it nothing is owed and nothing held back, because you already own the site and the accounts.
WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
What I Cannot Refund
Money that never reached me. Your ad budget goes straight to Google or Meta and I take no percentage, so refunding ad spend is their decision under their policies, not mine.
The same applies to anything billed to you by somebody else.
WHAT IF THE WORK IS WRONG
If The Work Is Wrong
I fix it. That is not a refund question and it does not cost you anything extra.
Tell me what is wrong and it gets corrected and dated on the page it touched. If you would rather leave than have it fixed, the thirty days notice above is the whole exit.
REFUNDS ON A PREPAID YEAR
Refunds on a prepaid year.
Prepay twelve months and the twelfth is free: eleven months of money buying twelve months of work.
Cancel partway through and I refund the whole months you have not used, priced at the standard monthly rate for your lines. The free month counts as the prepayment benefit, not a month you paid for. Partial months are not split.
I show you the arithmetic in writing before I send the money, so you can check it.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
How to request a refund.
Email justin@justinharris.ai with the invoice you are asking about and what happened. There is no form and no queue.
I answer within two business days. If I owe you money it goes back the way it came in, and I tell you the day I send it.

IS THE AUDIT FREE
The audit costs nothing.
The website grader and the audit that comes out of it are free, no card and no call. Nothing to refund because there was nothing to pay, and if the fix is not something I do, I will say so.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that. No setup or onboarding fee, and you own everything.
One service $1,000 a month, two $1,799, three $2,499. No setup or onboarding fee.
