What I run for an insurance agency.

You are not competing with the agency across the street. You are competing with a national quote engine that buys the top of every search, and the way an independent agency wins is by being the local, human answer for the coverage a form cannot handle.

That is commercial lines, contractors, restaurants, trucking, homeowners in a state with real wildfire and flood questions, and Medicare for a Valley that gains retirees every year. Each of those is a different page and a different buyer.

Pages for the lines you want to write

Commercial general liability, workers compensation, contractor bonds, restaurant, commercial auto and trucking, homeowners, Medicare. Buyers search the line and the trade, and one quote form cannot rank for any of it.

The map results and the profile

Local search and your Google Business Profile, which is where a person who wants a real agent instead of a call center starts. It is also the asset most agencies never touch again after setup.

Reviews arriving on a schedule

Reviews are the only place a stranger can see the service you actually give at claim time. I build a request flow that runs weekly and never puts a policyholder's details in writing.

Paid search, cross-sell email and renewals

Google where the national engines have not priced you out, and written email to the monoline household you could be writing three policies for. Your existing book is the least expensive premium in the building.

02 · why insurance needs this

Why insurance agency marketing pays.

A policy is not a sale, it is a renewal stream, so one household or one commercial account that stays is years of commission instead of one binding. Retention math is what makes a single local position worth more to your agency than to almost any business I sell to.

You are probably already paying for leads, per name, in a market where the same name was sold to three other agencies that morning.

The problem is not the amount. It is that no line anywhere connects the spend to a policy that bound. A report arrives listing back the lines you handed over in the first place, and when you ask, the answer is about impressions.

It reads as a marketing complaint and it is really an accounting one, so I answer with a record, not a promise.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

04 · how it works

How I run insurance agency marketing.

Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me instead of the first two.

AI does the volume underneath all three: checking your position on every line and trade term from points across the Valley, watching the profile daily, catching the citation that changed without anyone telling you. The engine is the machine and every judgment call on your account is mine.

What I need from you is small. Account access, an hour a month, your carrier and compliance review route named up front, and a straight answer about which lines you want to write. An agency that quotes anything is an agency nobody can market for.

Diagnose

I crawl the site, pull your positions on the line and trade terms from around the Valley, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against the agencies holding the positions you want. You get a ranked list, with the evidence behind each item.

Build

Line and trade pages written and shipped, the profile completed, the review flow turned on, call and form tracking installed so every quote request has a source, and the technical faults closed.

Measure

Every issue gets a date the day I find it and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask me for.

05 · how long it takes

A real timeline.

The audit comes back in about a day. Profile and citation work can move a local position inside a few weeks, and paid search can be live within a week of account access.

The competitive personal lines terms take a few months against national budgets, and the commercial and trade searches usually move inside the first ninety days because far fewer agencies write pages for them. If Medicare is part of your book, that season has to be built two quarters ahead.

06 · pricing

What insurance agency marketing costs.

$1,000 a month per service. Search is one. Google Ads is one. The website is one. Email is one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the agency needs.

No setup fee and nothing for onboarding. Month one costs the same as month twelve. Ad budget is separate and goes straight to the platform, not through me.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.

The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your agency.

You own the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.

07 · common questions

Insurance agency marketing questions.

How do I market my insurance agency?
Stop competing with the national quote engines on their terms and own the ones they handle badly. That is a page per line and per trade, local search, reviews, and email that cross-sells the book you already have.
What is marketing in an insurance company?
For an independent agency it is being findable and being credible at the moment somebody needs coverage. Carrier advertising builds the brand you sell under, and your marketing is the local half that decides who gets the quote request.
Why do so many insurance agents quit?
Most leave because prospecting never became a system, so the pipeline lives or dies on cold outreach. Search and reviews are the version of that pipeline that keeps working while you are servicing the book.
What are the 4ps of insurance marketing?
Product, price, place and promotion, and place is the one an independent agency can still win. Your carriers set product and price, so the advantage is being the local agent who is visible and answers the phone.
What are the advertising rules for a licensed agency in Nevada?
Your copy has to carry the licensed agency name, describe coverage without misrepresenting terms, avoid titles that imply a role you are not licensed for, and stay clear of inducements state rules prohibit. If Medicare is part of your book, that material also has to meet the federal marketing rules and be filed where required.
How much does insurance agency marketing cost?
$1,000 a month per service here, $1,799 for two and $2,499 for three, with no setup fee. Ad budget is separate and paid straight to the platform, so every dollar of it is visible in your own account.
Who actually does the work on my account?
I do. There is no coordinator in the middle and no handoff once you sign, because there is nobody else here to hand you to.
who does the work

Who does the work.

You are competing with carriers that advertise on national television, and you win on service nobody can see from a search result.

I do the work on your account myself, and the person you talk to is the person who ships it.

I studied design, then spent over a decade in agencies running production, account management, creative direction and finally the sales team, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.

What you get from that is copy that stays inside your state and carrier rules, and a dated record of everything that shipped.
