Build For TheBooked Day.

An HVAC site in The Valley has one job in July and a different job in January. This is what the site needs to hold both, and the pages most HVAC sites are missing.

drop: hvac service work on a las vegas rooftop unit

01 · what does an hvac website need

What an HVAC website needs.

A page for each service you sell, an obvious way to request service on a phone, honest availability, and a page for every part of The Valley you cover. Everything else is decoration.

The summer is what makes this market different. A unit failing in July is an emergency and the visitor is on a phone in a hot house with three tabs open. A visitor in January is comparing quotes on a replacement and reading carefully. Most HVAC sites here have one services page and one page for the whole city, which is how work goes to competitors with more pages rather than better technicians.

02 · hvac website pages

Pages an HVAC website needs.

01

One page per service

Repair, maintenance, system replacement, ductwork, indoor air quality, commercial. Each is a different search with a different buyer, and one combined page cannot rank for six of them.

02

Emergency and same day

Its own page, stating the hours you cover and what happens after somebody submits a request. Vague availability loses a summer visitor comparing three companies at once.

03

System replacement, with the decision explained

The highest value job on the site and the longest consideration. Repair or replace, what changes on a bill, what happens from the visit to install day.

04

A page for each area you cover

Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, the northwest. Real pages about serving that area, not the same paragraph with the name swapped. Thin duplicated location pages hurt a site.

05

Maintenance plans

The page that turns one summer job into a customer with a spring visit already booked. Say what is included, what it costs, and when the visits happen.

06

Commercial, kept separate

A property manager is not a homeowner and should not read a homeowner page to work out whether you handle rooftop units.

03 · hvac website design that books work

Design decisions that book HVAC work.

Nearly all of your summer traffic is on a phone. That should decide the layout before anything about color or photography.

A tappable phone number visible without scrolling, on every page.
A request form short enough to complete one handed. Name, address, phone, what is wrong.
Stated hours and response expectations, so the visitor does not have to guess.
Page speed on a mobile connection, because a slow page in July is a visitor who already tapped the next result.
Photos of your own trucks, technicians and work. Stock photography of an unfamiliar house in an unfamiliar climate reads as exactly that.
Reviews on the page, near the request form, where the decision is made.

How HVAC site and profile work together.

For a business that travels to the customer, the Google Business Profile does much of the selling before anybody reaches the website. The two have to agree: same phone number, same service area, and a profile pointed at the page matching what somebody searched.

The site's contribution is structure. A page for each service and each area gives Google something specific to match against. Season matters more here than in most markets, because the searches change in May and change back in October, and a site built only for summer urgency leaves the replacement business on the table.

05 · hvac website questions

HVAC website questions.

How many pages does an HVAC website need?
More than most have. One per service, one per area you genuinely cover, plus emergency, maintenance plans and commercial. That is usually somewhere between twelve and twenty five pages of real content.
Should I list prices on the site?
List what you can commit to, which is usually the maintenance plan and any diagnostic fee. For replacements, explain what changes the number instead of publishing a range you will have to walk back on site.
Do location pages actually work?
Yes, when each one is a real page about serving that area. No, when it is the same paragraph with a place name swapped in, which Google treats as thin duplication.
How much does an HVAC website cost?
The Websites line is $1,000 a month here, no setup fee, three months, then month to month, and that includes the build, the accessibility work, the conversion work after launch, hosting and maintenance. Two services together are $1,799 and three are $2,499.
Is a booking system worth adding?
Only if your dispatch can honor what it promises. A booking widget that offers a slot you cannot staff is worse than a form and a fast reply.
What is the single highest return change?
Splitting one services page into a page per service. It is the change that most often moves both search visibility and enquiries on the sites I audit.
