“Justin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine investment in our success have been evident throughout this process. We are truly grateful.”
What I run for an accounting firm.
Your firm has two completely different buyers and most firm sites only speak to one. There is the individual looking for somebody to do a return, and there is the business owner looking for a CPA to own the books, the payroll and the tax position all year.
The second one is who you actually want, and he searches differently. He searches by entity, by industry, by problem, and he reads three firms before he calls one. A single services page cannot answer him.
Pages for the work you want more of
Small business accounting, tax planning, outsourced controller and CFO work, S corporation and partnership returns, sales tax, an IRS notice. Buyers search the situation, and each one that matters needs a page written for it.
The map results and the profile
Local search and your Google Business Profile, which for anyone searching a CPA near their office decides more than the website does. It is also the asset most firms never touch again after setup.
Reviews arriving on a schedule
A business owner handing over his books reads reviews first, and freshness feeds local ranking. I build a request flow that never asks a client to put anything confidential in writing.
Ads and off-season email
Google when you want inquiries this quarter rather than next year, and email to the extension clients, the one-time filers and the referral sources who have gone quiet. That list is the least expensive work your firm owns.
Why accounting marketing pays.
One monthly business client is recurring revenue for years, not one engagement, so a single position on a local search is worth more to your firm than to almost any business I sell to. Filling the off-season is the same problem stated in a different month.
You are probably already paying somebody for this. A few thousand a month, running long enough that stopping feels like admitting something.
The problem is not the amount. It is that no line anywhere connects the spend to a client who engaged. A report arrives listing back the services you handed over in the first place, and when you ask, the answer is about impressions. You would not accept that reconciliation from a client.
That is an accounting complaint before it is a marketing one, and my answer to it is a record instead of a promise.
Proof you can open and read.
Every audit I write is published in full at its own address, dated, faults included, with no form in front of it. Read one the way you would read a workpaper before you ever speak to me.
The second link is the tool behind those reports, pointed at whatever site you give it.
See what this would find on your website.
What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run accounting marketing.
Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me rather than the first two.
AI does the volume underneath all three: checking your position on every service term from points across the Valley, watching the profile daily, catching the citation that changed without anyone telling you. The engine is the machine and every judgment call on your account is mine.
What I need from you is small. Account access, an hour a month, and a straight answer about which clients you actually want. A firm that takes every return that walks in is a firm nobody can market for.
Diagnose
I crawl the site, pull your positions on the service terms from around the Valley, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against the firms holding the positions you want. It comes back ranked, and every item shows its evidence.
Build
Service pages written and shipped, the profile completed, the review flow turned on, call and form tracking installed so every inquiry has a source on it, and the technical faults closed. In the order the diagnosis said.
Measure
Every issue gets a date the day I find it and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask me for.
What the calendar looks like.
The audit comes back in about a day. Profile and citation work can move a local position inside a few weeks, and paid search can be live within a week of account access.
The competitive terms in this Valley take a few months, and the narrower service searches usually move inside the first ninety days. Which is why the right time to start is the quarter before you want the calls, not January.
What accounting marketing costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search counts as one, Google Ads as one, the website as one, email as one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the firm needs.
No setup fee, no onboarding fee. The first month is priced like every other month. Ad spend is its own line and it goes to the platform, not to me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your firm.
You own the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.
Accounting marketing questions.
What is SEO in accounting?
Is paying someone to do SEO worth it?
Is SEO being phased out?
What are the advertising rules for a CPA firm?
How much does accounting marketing cost?
Who actually does the work on my account?
Who does the work.
You built the firm on referrals, and the referrals do not scale on their own.
I do the work on your account myself, and the person you talk to is the person who ships it.
I came up through design and then through agencies, where I ran production, then accounts, then creative, then sales. The work went out for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
What you get from that is a marketer who reports the way you would want a file reported, with a date on every line.

Let me audit the site before you decide.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
