AUTO REPAIR MARKETING LAS VEGAS
Get more cars in the bays.
I run the search, the ads and the review requests for your shop myself, and you can read which of them filled a bay. From $1,000 a month.

“Justin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine investment in our success have been evident throughout this process. We are truly grateful.”
The marketing I run for shops.
You have probably got one company on the website, someone else on the ads, a review app nobody set up properly, and no one at all answerable for cars in the bays. Here, all of it is mine. One person to ask when the bays go quiet.
None of it is sold as a package you have to take whole. If your site is fine and the ads are the problem, I do the ads.
Search
Your service and vehicle pages written and shipped, the technical faults closed, your Google Business Profile managed and posted, your citations cleaned up.
Google Ads
Written, launched and pruned every week against the searches that produced a repair order, not the ones that produced traffic.
Reviews
Requests going out at the moment the customer picks up the car, and every review answered, because count, rating and recency decide the local results in this category.
Your website
Built on hosting in your name, with call and form tracking on it from the first day so every booking has a source attached.
Email and text
The customer due for a service, the declined repair from four months ago, the fleet account that has gone quiet.
An AI front desk on the calls that come in while everyone is under a hood. It takes the details and books the appointment, because a call nobody answers is a car that went somewhere else.
Why auto repair marketing pays.
A repair customer is not one ticket. A shop that earns a driver's trust keeps the car for years, so the value of one new customer is the whole relationship instead of the first invoice, and that is what makes the arithmetic work here.
The problem is the part nobody says out loud. You are already paying for marketing and you cannot tell whether any of it does anything. An invoice arrives, a report arrives, and no line connects any of it to a car on a lift.
That is not a complaint about the money. It is a complaint about not being able to check, and it is the single most common thing shop owners say about the vendor who came before me.
My answer is a record instead of a promise. Every audit I write is published in full at its own address, faults included, so you can read one before you ever speak to me.

What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
Results from automotive work.
Fourteen years running search, ads and websites for Las Vegas businesses, and five star rated on Google by the people who hired me.
The part you can check before you sign is the reporting. Every account I run publishes the same monthly one-pager, and the audit platform behind it is live for you to point at your own site.
My automotive SEO process.
There are five steps, and each ends in a document. A step with no document behind it did not happen.
AI is the engine underneath all of it. AI is the reason one person can run the search, the ads, the site and the review requests for your shop at the same time and still file every change where you can find it. The judgment is mine. The volume is the machine's.
What I need from you is small and it is not optional. Access to the accounts, an hour a month, and a straight answer about which jobs you actually want more of. A shop that wants more of every job is a shop nobody can market for.
Access and baseline
I get into the site, the ad account, the profile and the call log, and I write down where every number stands today so there is something to measure against next year.
The work on the site. Technical faults closed, service and vehicle pages written and shipped, the Google Business Profile rebuilt and posted, call and form tracking turned on. You get the list of what changed and the date each item went out.
Ads on
Ad copy written, negative keyword lists built before launch instead of after, and the search terms read every week against repair orders.
Reviews and follow up
Requests going out at pickup, every review answered, and email or text to the customers who are due or who declined work.
One page a month
What shipped, what came of it, what is next, what I got wrong. You never chase it.
How long automotive SEO takes.
There are two clocks and confusing them is how shop owners end up disappointed. Paid search is the fast one. Ads can be live within a week of account access, and the phone usually moves the same week they do.
The local results are the slow one. Profile and review work often shows inside the first ninety days because most shops have neglected both. Organic pages on the competitive service searches take longer, and six months is the honest window before you judge them.
What I will not do is give you a date by which you will be first. Nobody controls that, and anyone quoting you a position is quoting a number they do not own. What arrives every month regardless is the record of what shipped and what it produced.
Auto repair marketing questions.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your shop.
How much does auto repair marketing cost?
What actually brings cars into an independent shop?
Can I compete with the dealership service department?
Who owns the website, the ad account and the reviews?
Do I get handed to an account coordinator after I sign?
What answers the phone when everyone is in the bay?
How will I know it is working?
Who does the work.
I am the person who does the work on your shop's marketing, not the person who sells you a package and leaves.
I count repair orders and booked appointments, because that is what you count.
I will tell you when the money is better spent on your review record than on more advertising.

Ask for the free audit.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
