“Justin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine investment in our success have been evident throughout this process. We are truly grateful.”
What I run for an electrical company.
One company on the website, another on the ads, a third selling shared leads, and nobody answerable for the number at the bottom. That is how it usually ends up. Here it is all mine, so when the board goes quiet there is one person to ask and one answer.
None of it is sold as a package you have to take whole. If your site is fine and your ads are the problem, I do the ads.
Search
A real page for each thing you want more of, panel upgrades, service changes, EV chargers, generators, recessed lighting, plus the technical faults closed, your Google Business Profile managed and your citations cleaned up.
Google Ads and Local Services Ads. Written, launched, and pruned every week against the terms that produced booked work. Local Services Ads carry the Google Guaranteed badge once your license and insurance clear their check.
Your website
Designed and shipped on hosting in your company's name, with call and form tracking on it from day one so every lead has a source attached. Your Nevada license number goes on it, because your advertising has to carry it.
Email and text follow-up
Written and sent. The unsigned panel quote, the customer whose remodel finished last year, the builder who has gone quiet.
Reporting
What shipped, with the date on it, the page it touched, and the result. Counted in booked work, not impressions.
Why electrician SEO pays.
A handful of panel upgrades covers a year of this. That is the economic case for an electrical company in one sentence, and the high-ticket residential work is exactly the work that gets searched for by name.
You are already paying for marketing. Shared leads at a per-lead rate, a directory renewal, a company that redid the site two years ago and still bills monthly. Here is the part nobody says out loud: you cannot tell which of it produced a job. An invoice arrives, a report arrives, and no line connects either one to a truck that rolled.
That is an accounting problem before it is a marketing problem, and it is the single most common thing owners tell me about the vendor who came before me.
My answer is a record instead of a promise. Every audit I write is published in full at its own URL, faults included, so you can read one before you ever speak to me.
Audits you can read end to end.
You do not have to take my word for the standard of the work. These are real reports on real sites, published whole, and the unflattering findings are still in them.

What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run electrical marketing.
Five steps, and each one ends with something you can open and read. If a step produces nothing you can hold, it did not happen.
AI is the engine underneath all of it. That is how one person can run the search work, the ads, the site and the follow-up for your company at the same time and still file every change where you can find it. The judgment is mine. The volume is the machine's.
One thing I check before anything ships. Nevada requires your contractor's license number in your advertising, and what you advertise has to sit inside the classification you hold. I will not put a service on your site that your license does not cover, and I will tell you if I find one already there.
Access and baseline
I get into the site, the ad account, the Google profile and the call log, and I write down where every number stands today.
The work on the site. Technical faults closed, a real page built for each service and each part of the Valley you cover, license number placed correctly, the Google Business Profile rebuilt, call and form tracking turned on. You get the list of what changed and the date it went out.
Ads on
Copy written, negative keyword lists built before launch instead of after, Local Services Ads set up once your license and insurance verify. Pruned weekly against booked work.
Follow-up
Email and text going out to the unsigned quotes and the past customers, which is already the least expensive work your company owns.
The monthly record
One page. What shipped, what it produced, what I am doing next, and what I got wrong. You never have to chase it.
Every issue I find gets a date the day I find it, and it closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You hold the login, so you can see how long anything has been sitting there without asking me.
How long electrician SEO takes.
Two clocks, and confusing them is how owners end up disappointed. Paid is the fast one. Ads can be live within a week of account access, and the board usually moves the same week they do.
Search is the slow one. On the services fewer companies are fighting over, movement typically shows inside the first ninety days. On the terms every electrical company in the Valley wants, plan on six months before you judge it, longer if the site is new. Those are the numbers I have watched hold.
What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first. Nobody controls that. What arrives every month regardless is the record of what shipped and what it produced.
What electrician SEO costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search is one. Google Ads is one. The website is one. Email is one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones your company needs.
No setup fee and no onboarding fee. Your company owns the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the data, and you keep all of it if we stop. Ad spend is separate and goes to Google, not to me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your company.
Nobody in this category posts a price. You should not have to ask twice, so here it is.

Who does the work.
You run an electrical company and you cannot check what your marketing money did.
I do the work on your account myself, and the same person you talk to is the person who ships it.
I studied design, then spent over a decade in agencies running production, account management, creative direction and finally the sales team, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
What you get from that is a straight answer about what is realistic and a dated record of what changed, which is the part most owners cannot get out of what they already pay for.

I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
