What I run for a roofing company.
Roofing in this valley is bought in two moods. Water is coming through a ceiling tonight and somebody is searching on a phone, or a homeowner has finally accepted the roof is twenty years old and is collecting three bids.
The emergency is won on the map results and the profile. The re-roof is won on the site, the photos and the reviews. Same four jobs, different order.
The map results
Local search and your Google Business Profile, so you are one of the three names on the screen when somebody searches with a neighborhood attached. That is where the leak calls come from.
A page per job and per area
Tile, shingle, flat and foam, repair against full replacement, Summerlin against Henderson. People search the specific job, and one services page cannot rank for all of it.
Reviews arriving on a schedule
Count and freshness feed local ranking directly, and a homeowner about to spend twenty thousand dollars reads them before she calls anybody. That is a system, not a push after a bad month.
Ads while the search work matures
Google and Meta, run by the person spending the budget. Positions take months, and paid tells you this week which jobs your buyers actually search for.
Why roofing marketing pays.
One re-roof covers a year of this. That is the economic case for a roofing company in a sentence, and the gap between third and first on a map search compounds every month nobody closes it.
You are probably already paying somebody. A few thousand a month, running long enough that stopping feels like admitting something.
The money is not the complaint. Nobody has ever shown you a booked job and traced it back to a thing that was done. When you ask, the answer is about impressions.
Audits I have published in full.
Every audit I write is published under my own name at its own address, dated, faults included, and you do not fill in a form to read one.
Read one the way you would read a bid. If it looks like something you would want written about your own site, that is the entire pitch.
See what this would find on your website.
What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run roofing marketing.
Three steps, and the last one is why the first two are checkable.
AI carries the volume underneath all three. Checking your map position from points across the valley, diffing the profile daily, catching the citation that changed without anybody telling you. The engine is the machine and every call on your account is mine.
Progress here is a dated row you can open yourself, and it stays open until it closes.
Diagnose
I crawl the site, pull your map positions around the valley, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against whoever holds the positions you want. What comes back is a ranked list and the proof for every line.
Build
The profile gets completed, the job and area pages get written and shipped, the review flow gets set up, and the technical faults get closed. In the order the diagnosis said, not the order that bills easiest.
Measure
Every issue gets a date the day it is found and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been sitting there is a fact you look up rather than ask about.
How long roofing SEO takes.
Two clocks. The audit comes back in about a day, and ads can be live within a week of account access.
Profile and citation work can move a map position inside a few weeks. Anything competitive is a few months, which is why the term is three of them.
What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first. Nobody owns that number. What arrives every month regardless is the record of what shipped and what it produced.
The full list of what I run.
Roofing search is one piece of one of six things I run. If the audit says your problem is somewhere else, I will tell you and name who fixes it, and I do the other five myself.
What roofing marketing costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search, Google Ads, the website and email each count as one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take the ones the company needs.
No setup fee and no onboarding fee, so the first month costs what every month costs. Ad budget is separate and goes straight to the platform, not through me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts you.
You own the site, the domain, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and if you leave you leave with all of it.

I am Justin Harris, and I do the marketing for Las Vegas trades myself.
Fourteen years in this valley, more than 300 businesses, and a decade of that inside agencies running production, account management, creative direction and finally the sales team on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
On your account there is no coordinator and no junior. You get a straight answer about what is realistic on a roofing term, and a dated record of every change I made.
