AI TRAINING LAS VEGAS
Your team actually uses the tools.
Your people leave knowing which tool to open for which job, taught on your own work rather than on somebody's slide deck, and you can read what changed after. From $1,000 a month.

01 · AI TRAINING SERVICES
What the training covers.
Training only sticks when the examples are the work in front of the person. So every session runs on your documents, your enquiries and your spreadsheets, and nobody leaves with a certificate nobody asked for.
Four pieces, and you can take them in any order.
The working session for your team
Two hours on your own material. Everyone brings a task they do weekly and leaves having done it faster, with the prompt saved somewhere the next person can find it.
A one-page reference per role
Not a manual. One page for each job in the building: which tool, for which task, and the three prompts that do the work. Written after the session, from what actually landed.
Your rules, written down
A short policy on what may never be pasted into a machine outside your building, which client information is off limits, and who signs off on anything going to a customer.
A follow-up session that checks the habit
Four weeks later, on the same tasks. This is where you find out what stuck, and it is the part most training skips because it is the part that can fail visibly.
02 · IS AI TRAINING WORTH IT
Why the training pays.
Two reasons, and the first is the money already spent. Most businesses this size are paying for seats their people opened twice, and a licence nobody uses is more expensive than a licence nobody bought.
The second is the gap between the people in your office who have quietly figured this out and the ones who have not. That gap is currently invisible to you, and it is deciding who looks slow at review time.
Here is the part nobody says out loud about training. You cannot check it. A day happens, an invoice arrives, everybody says it was useful, and no line anywhere shows you what changed the following month. When you ask, the answer is about attendance.
That is an accounting problem before it is a learning one, and it is why the follow-up session is not optional here.
03 · AI TRAINING RESULTS
Work built with these tools.
My answer to that is a record instead of a promise. I am not teaching from a curriculum somebody sold me. Everything in the room is something I use to run this business.
The audit platform below crawls client sites on a schedule, scores them, opens an issue the day a fault appears and closes it when a later run stops finding it. That is what these tools look like when they are finished rather than demonstrated.
In 2025 I spoke at the Neighborly national franchise conference on adoption, to a room of owners with the same question your team has.

- A local lead system I built and run in the openread it
- A full report it produced, start to finishread it

The page every ad dollar lands on.

A neon heart that floats, with no box around it.

Your audit lives at a url, not in a PDF attachment.

04 · AI TRAINING PROCESS
How the sessions run.
Three steps. The third one is the whole point. Each ends with something you can open and read, because a step that produces nothing you can hold did not happen.
AI is the engine underneath my own business, not a subject I studied. It is the reason one person runs this practice, and that is what your team gets shown instead of a survey of the field.
What I need from you is small and it is not optional. One weekly task per person, brought to the session, and a straight answer about what must never leave the building.
- 01
Diagnose
I ask each person what they spend their week on and where they already tried a tool and gave up. You get that list before the session, and it decides what the session covers.
- 02
Build
We do the real tasks together, on your material, and save the prompts and the reference pages as we go. Nobody watches a demonstration of somebody else's workflow.
- 03
Measure
Four weeks later we run the same tasks again and write down what stuck and what did not. You get that in one page, including the parts that failed.
05 · AI TRAINING COST
What the training costs.
$1,000 a month. Training is one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take the ones your business needs.
No setup fee and nothing for onboarding. Month one costs the same as month twelve. Any tool subscriptions your team needs are bought in your name and billed to you directly rather than marked up by me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every session produces a written page, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see.
You own the reference pages, the prompts and the policy from the first week, so what your team learned stays in the building.

06 · AI TRAINING REVIEWS
What the people who hired me say.
Fourteen years of this in one valley, and the reviews are 5-star rated and public under my own name rather than collected on a page I control.
Read them before you talk to me. The ones worth reading say the same two things: the work got done, and somebody explained it in a straight sentence.
After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
