01 · VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES
The video work I run.
I run your video production. I write it, I direct it, and I shoot it with Vincent Mei Films, a Las Vegas crew I have worked with for years, so what arrives is shot properly rather than shot on a phone in a hallway.
One shoot feeds every place a buyer meets you. The site, the Google profile, the ads and the feed all come out of the same footage instead of being commissioned three times.
Brand film
The one video that answers who you are and why you instead of the practice two blocks over. Lives on the homepage and in front of every paid campaign.
Client and patient testimonials
Real customers on camera saying the thing you cannot say about yourself. The single highest converting asset most practices in the Valley do not own.
Service explainers
One short video per service, answering the question a buyer types before booking. These are what get watched on a phone at eleven at night.
Vertical cuts for social and ads
The same shoot recut for Meta, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, sized and captioned for each. Nothing gets shot twice.
Google Business Profile video
Video on the profile, which almost nobody in this market bothers with. It sits where the decision actually gets made, ahead of your website.
Stills from the same shoot
Photography pulled from the same session, so your site, your profile and your collateral stop running stock images of somebody else's office.
02 · WHY VIDEO MATTERS
What video changes for a buyer.
A buyer choosing between you and two others has already read three websites that say the same words. Video is the only thing on the page that cannot be copied from a competitor, because it is you.
That matters most where the decision actually happens. Somebody looking for a practice in the Valley reads your profile, watches whatever is there, and calls one of three names. If nothing is there, the decision gets made on review count alone.
The other half is what happens after the shoot. Most video money in this town buys a file, a link, and no idea whether anybody watched. You get the file, and you get the record of where it ran and what it produced.
03 · VIDEO PRODUCTION RESULTS
Published work you can read.
Vincent Mei Films is a client and a collaborator, which is the plainest thing I can say about the standard of the crew: the production company hired me for its own marketing.
Fourteen years of the work is on the wall. UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas, Supercuts, Panda Express, Silverton and TAO, and three hundred and more Las Vegas businesses since.
Every audit I write for a client is published in full, at its own address, dated, and nothing is gated. You can read the quality of my thinking before you pay me anything.

The page every ad dollar lands on.

A neon heart that floats, with no box around it.

Your audit lives at a url, not in a PDF attachment.

04 · VIDEO PRODUCTION PROCESS
How the video work runs.
Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me instead of a production house.
One person carries the writing, the direction and the distribution because AI does the volume: the transcription, the first assembly, the caption passes, the second look over my own cut. The engine, not the product. Every call on your account is mine.
The order changes by trade. A law firm needs credibility on camera and a plain answer to one expensive question. A dental practice needs faces, the room, and a patient who will say the thing out loud. A home services company needs the truck, the crew and the finished job.

Diagnose
I read your site, your profile and your ad accounts first, and find where a video would actually change a decision. You get a ranked shot list with a reason attached to each piece.
- 02
Build
I write it, we shoot it, I cut it, and I put it where it belongs: the site, the profile, the campaigns and the feed. You approve the script and the rough cut, nothing else needs your time.
- 03
Measure
Every cut gets an identity the day it ships. Where it runs, what it was watched against, and what happened after. You have the login and can read it without asking me for a summary.
05 · VIDEO PRODUCTION PRICING
What video production costs.
Video sits inside the Brand and Design line, and a line is $1,000 a month. That is the whole number, not $1,000 for the shoot and another $1,000 for the cuts.
The Brand and Design line covers your identity, the graphic design for everything you print or post, and the video production, and it is the same $1,000 whether you shoot once a month or run a whole campaign out of one session.
Two services together are $1,799 a month. Three are $2,499. There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee, so month one costs what month six costs.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts you.
You own the footage. The raw files, the finished cuts and the accounts they live in are yours from the first week, and if you leave you leave with all of it.
$1,000 a month for the whole Brand and Design line, video included
06 · VIDEO PRODUCTION REVIEWS
What clients say.
The reviews on my Google profile are from owners in this valley.
"Justin is one of those guys who actually knows what he's talking about and doesn't cut any corners. Will definitely be working with him again." David Swartley.
"Justin knows what he's doing highly recommend using his service he will treat you right and give you tremendous value!" Gregory James.
Five-star rated, and every one of them was written by somebody who dealt with me rather than with an account coordinator.
After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
