$1,000 a month per service line. Two lines together are $1,799, three are $2,499. There is no setup fee.
AI Systems is one of the eight lines. It covers the front desk that answers after hours, the automations that move work between the tools you already pay for, custom builds, and training your people on all of it. Same $1,000 whether you are one attorney or a practice with four locations.
Most owners are not comparing my number against a competitor's number. They are asking whether they can tell, afterwards, that the money did anything. Every change is dated on the thing it changed, and you can open the record yourself.

Whoever you talk to, the quote arrives in one of three shapes. Which shape you are being handed tells you more than the number attached to it.
By the hour
Common, and the incentive points the wrong way for you. You are buying attention rather than a finished thing, and the person doing the work profits from it taking longer. Defensible for a one-off advisory conversation, poor for anything that has to ship.
By the project
A fixed number for a defined build. Fine when the scope is genuinely knowable. The failure mode is the change order: the first quote covers the problem you described in the first meeting, and the real problem always has more edges than that.
Monthly, per line
A standing number for a standing responsibility. This is what I do, because AI work is not a build you finish. Tools change, models change, and the thing you switched on in March needs someone watching it in September.

Because one marketer carries the cost of one marketer. There is no account manager between us, no media buyer, no office, and no bench to keep busy.
AI is the engine here, not the product. It crawls every page, drafts, checks every term, and catches the regressions a person would only find by accident, which is why one person covers ground an agency staffs with four. What to do next is still my call and my name is on it.
