What I run for a dental practice.
A website vendor, an ads vendor, somebody's cousin on social, and no single person answerable for new patients per month. That is the normal arrangement and it is not the one here. All of it is mine, so when the schedule thins out you ask one person and get one answer.
None of it is sold as a package you have to take whole. If your site is fine and your ads are the problem, I do the ads.
Search
A real page for each service line you actually want more of, implants, Invisalign, cosmetic, emergency, plus the technical faults closed, your Google Business Profile managed and your citations cleaned up.
Google Ads
Written, launched, and pruned every week against the terms that produced a booked new-patient appointment, not the ones that produced traffic.
Your website
Designed and shipped on hosting in the practice's name, with tracking set up so it never carries anything that identifies a patient, because a booking page that leaks patient detail to an ad platform is a HIPAA exposure instead of a marketing feature.
Email and text recall
Written and sent. The treatment plan nobody scheduled, the hygiene patient eighteen months overdue, the new patient who came once.
Reporting
What shipped, on what date, to which page, and what came of it. Counted in new patients per month, not impressions.
Why dental SEO pays.
One implant case or a couple of Invisalign starts covers a year of this, and the lifetime value of a family that stays with you is a multiple of that again. That is the economic case for a practice in one sentence.
You are already paying for marketing. A few thousand a month, maybe more, running long enough that stopping feels like admitting something. Here is the part nobody says out loud: you cannot tell whether it works. An invoice arrives, a report arrives listing back the service lines you handed over in the first place, and no line connects any of it to a new patient in the chair. When you ask, the answer is about impressions.
That is not a complaint about the money. It is a complaint about not being able to check, and it is the thing practice owners say most often about the vendor who came before me.
The other pressure is corporate. You are competing with groups that have a marketing department and a budget you cannot match, which means the money you do spend has to be aimed properly and you have to be able to see where it went.
My answer is a record instead of a promise. Every audit I write is published in full at its own URL, faults included, so you can read one before you ever speak to me.
Whole audits, out in public.
You do not have to take my word for the standard of the work. These are real reports on real sites, published whole, and the unflattering findings are still in them. One of them was written for a client in a regulated field, which is the closest read you will get to how I handle yours.

5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run dental practice marketing.
Five steps, and each one ends with something you can open and read. If a step produces nothing you can hold, it did not happen.
AI is the engine underneath all of it. That is how one person can run the search work, the ads, the site and the recall for your practice at the same time and still file every change where you can find it. The judgment is mine. The volume is the machine's.
The rules come first, not last. Nevada limits who may advertise as a specialist, before and after photographs have to be your own patients with written authorization on file, and reviews cannot be bought or incentivized. I write to those limits, I flag anything that reads as a promise about a clinical outcome, and you approve the wording before it goes out.
Access and baseline
I get into the site, the ad account, the Google profile and the phone log, and I write down where every number stands today.
The work on the site. Technical faults closed, a real page built for each service line and each area you draw from, the Google Business Profile rebuilt, tracking configured so no patient detail ever reaches an ad platform. You get the list of what changed and the date it went out.
Ads on
Copy written to the advertising rules, negative keyword lists built before launch instead of after. Pruned weekly against booked appointments.
Recall and follow-up
Email and text going out to the unscheduled treatment plans and the overdue hygiene column, which is already the least expensive source of production your practice owns.
The monthly record
One page. What shipped, what it produced, what I am doing next, and what I got wrong. You never have to chase it.
Every issue I find gets a date the day I find it, and it closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You hold the login, so you can see how long anything has been sitting there without asking me.
How long dental SEO takes.
Two clocks, and confusing them is how practices end up disappointed. Paid is the fast one. Ads can be live within a week of account access, and the front desk usually notices the same week they do.
Search is the slow one. On the service lines fewer practices are fighting over, movement typically shows inside the first ninety days. On the terms every dentist in the Valley wants, plan on six months before you judge it, longer if the site is new. Those are the numbers I have watched hold.
What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first. Nobody controls that, and a guaranteed position is the kind of claim your board and your patients both discount. What arrives every month regardless is the record of what shipped and what it produced.
What dental SEO costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search counts as one, Google Ads as one, the website as one, email and text recall as one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the practice needs.
No setup fee and no onboarding fee. The practice owns the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the data, and you keep all of it if we stop. Ad spend is separate and goes to Google, not to me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your practice.
Most of this category will not print a number. You want one, so here it is.
Dental marketing questions.
What is SEO in dentistry?
How much does dental SEO cost?
How to do SEO for dental clinic?
Can a general dentist make 500k a year owning their own practice?
Who does the work.
You own a dental practice in The Valley and you cannot check what your marketing money did.
I do the work on your account myself, and the same person you talk to is the person who ships it.
I trained as a designer and spent the next decade in agencies, starting in production and ending up running the sales team, on accounts like UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
What you get from that is a straight answer about what is realistic and a dated record of what changed, which is the part most owners cannot get out of what they already pay for.

Run the free audit on your site.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
