“Justin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine investment in our success have been evident throughout this process. We are truly grateful.”
Seven kinds of practice I market.
Each one gets its own page here, because the buying decision is not the same. A cosmetic consultation is a considered purchase, an urgent dental problem is a same-day search, and senior care is a family decision made under pressure.
What makes healthcare marketing different.
Three things separate a practice from every other business I market, and all three change what the work has to do.
The first is the rules. Patient information cannot be handled the way an ordinary lead is, which means the tracking on a scheduling page has to be built so it never carries anything identifying, a testimonial needs written authorization on file, and nothing I write promises a clinical outcome. Google also applies extra restrictions to health advertising, so ad copy is written inside those policies rather than fixed after a suspension.
The second is the length of the decision. Almost nobody books the first practice they see. They read your site, then your reviews, then a competitor's, then come back. That means your pages are doing credibility work, not only findability work, and a site that looks neglected loses the comparison before anybody reads a word.
The third is who you are up against. Hospital systems and private-equity-backed groups have marketing departments and budgets you cannot match, which means the money you do spend has to be aimed properly and you have to be able to see where it went.
Underneath all three sits the complaint I hear from every practice owner in this town, which is that money goes out every month and nothing arrives that shows what it bought. That one is not a search problem. It is an accounting problem, and it is the one I fix first.
Complete audits, published.
You do not have to take my word for the standard of the work. These are real reports on real sites, published whole, and the unflattering findings are still in them. One of them was written for a client in a regulated field, which is the closest read you will get to how I handle yours.

What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run marketing for a practice.
Five steps, and every one of them leaves you something to read. If nothing comes out of a step, the step did not happen.
AI is the engine underneath all of it. That is how one person can run the search work, the ads, the site and the recall for your practice at the same time and still file every change where you can find it. The judgment is mine. The volume is the machine's.
Access and baseline
I get into the site, the ad account, the Google profile and the phone log, and I write down where every number stands today.
The work on the site. Technical faults closed, a real page built for each service and each area you draw from, providers and credentials laid out properly, the Google Business Profile rebuilt, tracking configured so no patient detail ever reaches an ad platform. You get the list of what changed and the date it went out.
Ads on
Copy written inside the health advertising policies, negative keyword lists built before launch instead of after, and a clinician on your side signing off on anything clinical. Pruned weekly against booked appointments.
Recall and follow-up
Email and text going out to the consults who never scheduled and the patients overdue to be seen, which is already the least expensive source of visits your practice owns.
One page a month
What shipped, what came of it, what is next, what I got wrong. You never chase it.
Every issue I find gets a date the day I find it, and it closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You hold the login, so you can see how long anything has been sitting there without asking me.
What healthcare marketing costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search counts as one, Google Ads as one, the website as one, email and recall as one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the practice needs.
No setup fee and no onboarding fee. The practice owns the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the data, and you keep all of it if we stop. Ad spend is separate and goes to Google, not to me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your practice.
Almost nobody in this category publishes a number. You are asking and the market is not answering, so here it is.
Healthcare marketing questions.
What does a healthcare marketer do?
What are the 5 P's of healthcare marketing?
What is the 3 3 3 rule in marketing?
Who does the work.
You own a practice in The Valley and you cannot check what your marketing money did.
I do the work on your account myself, and the same person you talk to is the person who ships it.
My background is design. I spent over a decade inside agencies, moving from production to account management to creative direction to running sales, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
What you get from that is a straight answer about what is realistic and a dated record of what changed, which is the part most owners cannot get out of what they already pay for.

Let me audit the site before you decide.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
