“Justin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine investment in our success have been evident throughout this process. We are truly grateful.”
What I run for a private practice.
Nobody searches for a therapist. They search for what is happening to them, in their own words, usually at night. Anxiety, panic attacks, couples counseling, trauma, teen therapy, EMDR, and they add a neighborhood or the word insurance.
Which means your own site can win this. Most private practices in the Valley are renting their visibility from a directory that lists nine competitors beside them, and paying per referral for the privilege.
A page per concern you treat
Written in the language a client uses about herself instead of a diagnostic code, with your approach and your fee structure on it. A single about page cannot rank for six concerns.
The map results and the profile
Local search and your Google Business Profile, so a search with a neighborhood attached reaches you directly instead of reaching a directory that also lists nine other people.
An intake path that respects confidentiality
A contact route that does not ask a stranger to type clinical detail into an unprotected form, and a phone path that gets answered. Most inquiries are lost between the page and the first call.
Paid search where a directory outranks you
Google, aimed at the concerns and the neighborhoods you want, run by the person spending the budget. It buys the position while the search work matures on the terms you can own outright.
Why therapist marketing pays.
One client who stays for a course of work is worth a year of a directory subscription, and a caseload two clients short of full is a fixed cost you carry every week.
You are probably already paying for visibility, in directory fees or in a percentage of every referral, and nobody has ever compared that against owning the search yourself.
The problem is not the amount. It is that no line anywhere connects the spend to a client who booked. A dashboard shows profile views, and none of it tells you which of your concerns is actually finding people.
That is a bookkeeping complaint before it is a marketing one, and I answer it with a record instead of a promise.
Proof you can open.
Every audit I write is published in full at its own address, dated, faults included, with no form in front of it. Read one before you ever speak to me.
One of those is written for a client in a regulated health field, which is the closest thing here to what your own report would look like.

What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run therapist marketing.
Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me rather than the first two.
AI does the volume underneath all three: checking your position on every concern term from points across the Valley, watching the profile daily, catching the directory page that started outranking your own. The engine is the machine and every judgment call on your account is mine.
What I need from you is small. Account access, an hour a month, and a straight answer about who you want on your caseload. A practice that takes everybody is a practice nobody can market for.
Diagnose
I crawl the site, pull your positions on the concern terms from around the Valley, audit the profile and the citations, and check what is loading on your pages that should not be. It comes back ranked, and every item shows its evidence.
Build
Concern pages written and shipped, the profile completed, the intake path rebuilt, and the technical faults closed. In the order the diagnosis said.
Measure
Every issue gets a date the day I find it and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask me for.
The honest timeline.
The audit comes back in about a day. Profile and citation work can move a local position inside a few weeks, and paid search can be live within a week of account access.
Concern terms against the national directories take a few months, and the narrower ones usually move inside the first ninety days. What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first, because nobody controls that.
What therapist marketing costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search, Google Ads, the website and email each count as one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the practice needs.
No setup fee, no onboarding fee. The first month is priced like every other month. Ad spend is its own line and it goes to the platform, not to me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your practice.
You own the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.
Therapist marketing questions.
Is SEO actually worth it for therapists?
Can you use client testimonials in my marketing?
Is tracking and advertising on a therapy website a HIPAA problem?
Do I still need my own site if I am listed on the directories?
How much does therapist marketing cost?
Who actually does the work on my account?
Who does the work.
You are in session most of the day, and the marketing is whatever you get to on a Sunday.
I do the work on your account myself, and the person you talk to is the person who ships it.
My background is design. I spent over a decade inside agencies, moving from production to account management to creative direction to running sales, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
What you get from that is a marketer who understands your confidentiality obligations well enough to work inside them without being managed.
