What I run for a veterinary hospital.
Two searches bring you almost every new client in this Valley. One is a person who just moved to Summerlin or Henderson and needs a vet. The other is a person whose dog is limping at eight at night and is looking for whoever can see him.
The first is won on the profile, the reviews and a site that reads like a real practice. The second is won on visibility, hours that are actually correct, and a phone that gets answered. Same four jobs, different urgency.
The map results in your part of the Valley
Local search and your Google Business Profile with correct hours, real photographs and your services listed. New clients almost never scroll past the first three names near them.
Reviews arriving on a schedule
A pet owner choosing who treats her animal reads reviews before she calls, and freshness feeds local ranking directly. I build the request flow so reviews arrive weekly rather than after a bad one lands.
Pages for the services you want more of
Dentistry, surgery, urgent care, exotics, end of life, wellness plans. Owners search the service and not the category, and one services page cannot rank for all of it.
Ads and client email
Google for the new-to-town and urgent searches, and email that brings back the wellness visit that lapsed eighteen months ago. Your existing client list is the least expensive schedule you own.
Why veterinary marketing pays.
A new client who stays is a decade of visits instead of one invoice, so the gap between third and first on a local search compounds every month nobody closes it. An empty room with a doctor in the building is the most expensive hour in your day.
You are also competing with hospitals that were bought by a group with an in-house marketing department. That is a budget difference, not a medicine difference, and the search work is where a single owner can still win.
The problem with what you are paying now is not the amount. It is that no line anywhere connects the spend to an appointment that showed up, and when you ask, the answer is about impressions.
That is a bookkeeping complaint before it is a marketing one, and I answer it with a record instead of a promise.
Proof you can open and read.
Every audit I write is published in full at its own address, dated, faults included, with no form in front of it. Read one before you ever speak to me.
One of those is written for a client in a regulated health field, which is the closest thing here to what your own report would look like.

What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run veterinary marketing.
Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me instead of the first two.
AI does the volume underneath all three: checking your position from points across the Valley, watching the profile and the hours daily, catching the citation that changed without anyone telling you, drafting the reminder email nobody had time to write. The engine is the machine and every judgment call on your account is mine.
What I need from you is small. Account access, an hour a month, and a straight answer about which appointments you want more of. A hospital that wants more of everything is a hospital nobody can market for.
Diagnose
I crawl the site, pull your local positions from around the Valley, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against the hospitals holding the positions you want. You get a ranked list with the evidence attached.
Build
Service pages written and shipped, the profile completed and the hours corrected, the review flow turned on, online booking put where owners can reach it, and the technical faults closed. In the order the diagnosis said.
Measure
Every issue gets a date the day I find it and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask me for.
The honest timeline.
The audit comes back in about a day. Profile, review and citation work can move a local position inside a few weeks, and ads can be live within a week of account access.
The competitive terms in this Valley take a few months, and the narrower service searches usually move inside the first ninety days. What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first, because nobody controls that.
What veterinary marketing costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search is one. Google Ads is one. The website is one. Email is one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the hospital needs.
Nothing to pay to get started, so the first invoice matches every one after it. Ad budget is separate and goes straight to the platform rather than through me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your hospital.
You own the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.
Veterinary marketing questions.
How do I get more new clients for my veterinary practice?
How do I compete with a corporate group that bought the hospital down the street?
What are the advertising rules for a veterinarian in Nevada?
Can email actually bring lapsed clients back?
How much does veterinary marketing cost?
Who actually does the work on my account?
Who does the work.
You are the owner and you are also on the floor, and marketing is whatever survives after the last appointment.
I do the work on your account myself, and the person you talk to is the person who ships it.
I came up through design and then through agencies, where I ran production, then accounts, then creative, then sales. The work went out for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
What you get from that is a marketer who can hold his own against a consolidator's in-house team, working for one hospital instead of two hundred.

I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
