“Justin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine investment in our success have been evident throughout this process. We are truly grateful.”
What I run for a med spa.
A med spa is bought on the treatment name, almost never on the category. Nobody in this Valley searches for a med spa. They search Botox, lip filler, microneedling, laser hair removal, morpheus, semaglutide, and they search it with a neighborhood or a price attached.
That means the work is a page per treatment, a profile that looks alive, and social that carries the aesthetic. Those are three different jobs and most spas are only doing the third one.
A page per treatment you actually sell
Written for how patients search that treatment, priced or not priced by your call, with the consult booking on the page rather than three clicks away. One menu page cannot rank for twelve treatments.
The map results and the profile
Local search and your Google Business Profile, kept current with photographs, services and hours. For anyone searching close to your suite this decides more than the website does.
Reviews arriving on a schedule
Aesthetic patients read reviews harder than almost any other buyer, because they are choosing who touches their face. I build the request flow so reviews arrive weekly without your staff chasing them.
Paid social and search, run inside the rules
Meta and Google, written by the person spending the budget and built to survive review in a restricted category. Ads tell you this month which treatment your Valley is actually shopping.
Why med spa marketing pays.
One patient who moves from a single consult into a treatment plan or a membership is worth years of revenue, not one appointment. That is why a position on a treatment search compounds and why an empty afternoon never comes back.
You are probably already paying somebody. A few thousand a month, running long enough that stopping feels like admitting something.
The problem is not the amount. It is that no line anywhere connects the spend to a consult that showed up. A report arrives listing back the treatments you handed over in the first place, and when you ask, the answer is about reach.
That is a bookkeeping complaint before it is a marketing one, and I answer it with a record instead of a promise.
Evidence you can read yourself.
Every audit I write is published in full at its own address, dated, faults included, with no form in front of it. Read one before you ever speak to me.
One of those is written for a client in a regulated medical field, which is the closest thing here to what your own report would look like.
See what this would find on your website.
What clients say.
5.0 on Google →After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.
Known Justin for a few years now and the guy actually knows his stuff when it comes to AI automation. Friends in the Las Vegas service business space keep asking me who to call and I always point them his way.
Justin was the person I would go to for advice about AI automation for my workload. He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it. For anyone in Las Vegas running a service business and wondering if AI systems are worth looking into, talking to him first is a great move!
From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.
Hired him to manage our AI systems and it's been pretty smooth. He knew what needed to be done and got it handled without a lot of back and forth. Good experience for our service business.
Working with Justin is always a pleasure. He is professional, trustworthy, and consistently delivers outstanding results. As a longtime Las Vegas local, he has an exceptional knowledge of the territory and truly understands the market. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about growing their business!
I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!
I follow Justin on social media and read about his work and his contributions to the AI industry. He really knows how to use the technology in creating a system that allows you to make your business work more efficiently and effectively.
I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.
How I run med spa marketing.
Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me rather than the first two.
AI does the volume underneath all three: checking your position on every treatment term from points across the Valley, watching the profile daily, catching the citation or hours change nobody told you about. The engine is the machine and every judgment call on your account is mine.
What I need from you is small. Account access, an hour a month, your medical director available to approve wording, and a straight answer about which treatments you want more of.
Diagnose
I crawl the site, pull your positions on the treatment terms from around the Valley, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against the spas holding the positions you want. What comes back is a ranked list and the proof for every line.
Build
Treatment pages written and shipped, the profile completed, the review flow turned on, booking put where people can reach it, and the technical faults closed. In the order the diagnosis said.
Measure
Every issue gets a date the day I find it and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask me for.
The honest timeline.
The audit comes back in about a day. Profile, review and citation work can move a local position inside a few weeks, and paid can be live within a week of account access once creative clears review.
Treatment terms in this Valley are competitive and take a few months. The narrower ones usually move inside the first ninety days. What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first, because nobody controls that.
What med spa marketing costs.
$1,000 a month per service. Search, paid ads, the website and email each count as one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the spa needs.
No setup fee and no onboarding fee, so the first month costs what every month costs. Ad budget is separate and goes straight to the platform, not through me.
Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.
The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your spa.
You own the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.
Med spa marketing questions.
What is SEO in spa?
How to find high SEO keywords for medical spa business?
What is SEO in medicine?
Is SEO dead or evolving in 2026?
Can I advertise Botox and filler by brand name, and use before and after photos?
How much does med spa marketing cost?
Who actually does the work on my account?
Who does the work.
You own the med spa, you are injecting or running the floor most of the week, and the marketing is the one part nobody can show you.
I do the work on your account myself, and the person you talk to is the person who ships it.
I studied design, then spent over a decade in agencies running production, account management, creative direction and finally the sales team, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.
What you get from that is a marketer who understands both the aesthetic side and the rules your medical director has to sign off on.

See the audit before you spend anything.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
