01 · senior care marketing

What I run for a senior care business.

The person searching is almost never the person moving in. It is a daughter in her fifties, often out of state, working at nine at night after a hospital discharge call, and she is comparing four options on her phone with no idea what the license types mean.

So the work is a site that answers her questions before she calls, a profile and reviews that survive her scrutiny, and a follow-up sequence for the tours that did not decide the same week. Referral sources are the fourth channel and they are earned rather than bought.

Pages for the decision she is actually making

Assisted living, memory care, respite, in-home care, cost, and what your license covers. She searches the situation and the price, so a single overview page loses her to whoever wrote the specific one.

The map results and the profile

Local search and your Google Business Profile, kept current with real photographs, hours and services. For families searching a neighborhood or a hospital name, that listing decides who gets the tour.

Reviews and family follow-up

Reviews arriving on a schedule, and email that keeps talking to the families who toured and needed six weeks to decide. Most tours are lost in the gap rather than on the tour.

Paid search while the rest matures

Google, aimed at the discharge-week searches and the placement terms, run by the person spending the budget. It tells you this month which situation your inquiries are actually coming from.

02 · why senior care needs this

Why senior care marketing pays.

One move-in is months or years of revenue, and one empty room is a fixed cost you pay every night. That arithmetic makes a single position on a local search worth more here than in almost any business I work with.

You are probably already paying somebody, or paying placement services a fee per resident that nobody has ever compared against the cost of owning the search yourself.

The problem is not the amount. It is that no line anywhere connects the spend to a family that toured. A report arrives listing back the services you handed over in the first place, and when you ask, the answer is about impressions.

That is an accounting complaint before it is a marketing one, and my answer to it is a record rather than a promise.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

04 · how it works

How I run senior care marketing.

Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me instead of the first two.

AI does the volume underneath all three: checking your position from points across the Valley, watching the profile daily, catching the citation or hours change nobody told you about, and drafting the family follow-up that used to go unwritten. The engine is the machine and every judgment call on your account is mine.

What I need from you is small. Account access, an hour a month, and a straight answer about which residents you are licensed and staffed to take. A community that says yes to everybody is a community nobody can market for.

Diagnose

I crawl the site, pull your local positions from around the Valley, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against the communities holding the positions you want. The result is a ranked list you can check line by line.

Build

The decision pages written and shipped, the profile completed, the review flow turned on, tour requests put where families can reach them, and the technical faults closed. In the order the diagnosis said.

Measure

Every issue gets a date the day I find it and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask me for.

05 · how long it takes

What the calendar looks like.

The audit comes back in about a day. Profile, review and citation work can move a local position inside a few weeks, and paid search can be live within a week of account access.

The competitive terms in this Valley take a few months, and the narrower situation searches usually move inside the first ninety days. What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first, because nobody controls that.

06 · pricing

What senior care marketing costs.

$1,000 a month per service. Search counts as one, Google Ads as one, the website as one, email as one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the business needs.

There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee, so month one costs what month six costs. Your ad budget goes directly to the platform. It never passes through me.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.

The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your community.

You own the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.

07 · common questions

Senior care marketing questions.

How to get clients for senior care?
Be findable at the moment a family is deciding, then answer their questions on the page before they call. That is local search, a current profile, reviews, pages that name the situation and the cost, and follow-up for the tours that need six weeks.
What type of marketing is most effective with seniors?
Marketing aimed at the adult child, because she is the one searching. Plain language, real photographs, cost and license type stated, and a phone number that gets answered. The resident rarely runs the search.
What are the 5 P's of healthcare marketing?
Product, price, place, promotion and people, and in senior care the last two carry the decision. Which is why I spend more of your budget on the pages, the profile and the follow-up than on anything that looks like an advertisement.
What is the 3-3-3 rule in marketing?
A rule of thumb that you get three seconds to hold attention, three more to make a point, and thirty to earn a decision. On your site that means the level of care, the neighborhood and the way to reach you are visible without scrolling.
What are the advertising rules for a licensed senior care business in Nevada?
Your copy has to describe only the care your license actually covers, avoid any promise of a medical or clinical outcome, and never imply skilled nursing you are not licensed for. Resident stories need written authorization. I write to that and you approve wording before it goes out.
How much does senior care marketing cost?
$1,000 a month per service here, $1,799 for two and $2,499 for three, with no setup fee. Ad budget is separate and paid straight to the platform, so every dollar of it is visible in your own account.
Who actually does the work on my account?
I do. There is nobody between us, and nothing gets handed to a junior after you sign, because there is nobody else here to hand you to.
who does the work

Who does the work.

You are filling beds or filling shifts, and the marketing spend is the one number nobody can trace back to a move-in.

I do the work on your account myself, and the person you talk to is the person who ships it.

Design school, then more than ten years of agency work: production, account management, creative direction, and in the end the sales team. The clients included UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.

What you get from that is a marketer who writes for the adult child making the decision, not for the resident, and who keeps a dated record of everything that changed.
