What I run for a chiropractic practice.

Chiropractic in the Valley is bought in three moods, and each one arrives somewhere different. Somebody woke up unable to turn his neck and is searching on a phone right now. Somebody was rear-ended on the 215 and is looking for a provider who handles the paperwork. Somebody has been meaning to deal with his back for two years and is finally reading about it.

The urgent one is won on the map result and the profile. The auto injury one is won on a page that names the situation. The considered one is won on the site and the reviews. Same four jobs, different order.

The map results near your office

Local search and your Google Business Profile, so the practice is one of the three visible when somebody searches with a neighborhood attached. Most same-day patients never scroll past that.

Reviews arriving on a schedule

Count and freshness feed local ranking, and a patient deciding who is going to put hands on his spine reads them first. I build the request flow so reviews arrive every week instead of in a panic every spring.

A page per reason people come in

Neck pain, low back pain, auto injury, sciatica, prenatal, sports. Patients search the problem and not the profession, and one services page cannot rank for all of that.

Ads while the search work matures

Google and Meta, written and pruned by the person spending the budget. Search positions take months. Ads tell you this week which reason for coming in actually converts in your zip codes.

02 · why chiropractors needs this

Why chiropractic marketing pays.

A new patient who completes a plan of care is worth a multiple of a single visit, so the gap between third and first on a local search compounds every month nobody closes it. That is the whole economic case for a practice, in one sentence.

You are probably already paying somebody for this. A few thousand a month, running long enough that stopping feels like admitting something.

The problem is not the amount. The problem is that no line anywhere connects the spend to a patient who booked. An invoice arrives, a report arrives listing back the services you handed over in the first place, and when you ask, the answer is about impressions.

That is a bookkeeping complaint before it is a marketing one, and I answer it with a record instead of a promise.

03 · our results

Proof you can open and read.

Every audit I write is published in full at its own address, dated, faults included, with no form in front of it. Read one the way you would read a chart note before you ever speak to me.

One of those is for a client in a regulated health field, which is the closest thing on this site to what your own report would look like.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

04 · how it works

How I run chiropractic marketing.

Three steps, and the third one is the reason to hire me instead of the first two.

AI does the volume underneath all three: checking your map position from points across the Valley, watching the profile daily, catching the citation that changed without anyone telling you. The engine is the machine and every judgment call on your account is mine.

What I need from you is small. Account access, an hour a month, and a straight answer about which patients you actually want more of. A practice that wants more of everybody is a practice nobody can market for.

Diagnose

I crawl the site, pull your map positions from around the Valley, audit the profile and the citations, and compare all of it against whoever holds the positions you want. You get a ranked list, with the evidence behind each item.

Build

The profile gets completed, the condition pages get written and shipped, the review flow gets turned on, call tracking goes on the phone number, and the technical faults get closed. In the order the diagnosis said.

Measure

Every issue gets a date the day I find it and closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You get the login, so how long anything has been open is a fact you look up rather than ask me for.

05 · how long it takes

The honest timeline.

The audit comes back in about a day. Profile, review and citation work can move a local position inside a few weeks, and ads can be live within a week of account access.

Anything competitive in this Valley is a few months. The terms every practice here wants take longer than that, and the ones fewer offices are fighting over usually move inside the first ninety days. What I will not do is give you a date by which you are first, because nobody controls that.

06 · pricing

What chiropractic marketing costs.

$1,000 a month per service. Search, Google Ads, the website and email each count as one service. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the practice needs.

No setup fee and nothing for onboarding. Month one costs the same as month twelve. Ad budget is separate and goes straight to the platform rather than through me.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.

The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your practice.

You own the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the profile from the first week, and you keep all of it if we stop.

07 · common questions

Chiropractic marketing questions.

How do I get more new chiropractic patients?
Be visible in the map results for the neighborhoods around your office, keep reviews arriving weekly, and give every reason people come in its own page. Then make the call easy to place while the search is still open.
What are the advertising rules for a chiropractor in Nevada?
Your copy has to stay inside the Nevada Chiropractic Physicians Board advertising rules and FTC substantiation, which means no claim that treatment cures or guarantees a health outcome, no unearned specialist wording, and clear terms on any introductory offer. I write to those rules and you approve wording before it goes out.
Can I use patient reviews and before and after photos?
Reviews yes, with a request flow that never puts health details in writing, and photographs only with signed authorization. Patient information is protected, so I keep testimonials about the visit and the staff rather than about a clinical result.
Should I market the personal injury side separately?
Yes, and it is usually the fastest win. Auto injury patients search the accident instead of the profession, so that work needs its own page, its own ad group and its own follow-up, or it competes with your wellness pages.
How much does chiropractic marketing cost?
$1,000 a month per service here, $1,799 for two and $2,499 for three, with no setup fee. Ad budget is separate and paid straight to the platform, so every dollar of it is visible in your own account.
Who actually does the work on my account?
I do. There is no coordinator in the middle and no handoff once you sign, because there is nobody else here to hand you to.
who does the work

Who does the work.

You own the practice, you are in the rooms all day, and nobody has shown you what your marketing money did.

I do the work on your account myself, and the person you talk to is the person who ships it.

I came up through design and then through agencies, where I ran production, then accounts, then creative, then sales. The work went out for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.

What you get from that is a straight answer about what is realistic for a practice your size, and a dated record of every change.
