01 · medical practice marketing services

What I run for a medical practice.

The usual setup is a website vendor, a separate ads vendor, somebody's cousin on social, and nobody answerable for new patients per month. Here it is all mine. When the schedule thins out you ask one person and get one answer, not three that point at each other.

None of it is sold as a package you have to take whole. If your site is fine and your ads are the problem, I do the ads.

Search

A real page for each condition and procedure you want more of, written for how a patient searches rather than how a chart reads, plus the technical faults closed, your Google Business Profile managed and your citations cleaned up.

Google Ads

Written, launched, and pruned every week against the terms that produced a booked new-patient visit. Health categories carry extra Google policy restrictions, and I write inside them instead of getting the account suspended and then explaining why.

Your website

Designed and shipped on hosting in the practice's name, with tracking set up so it never carries anything that identifies a patient, because a scheduling page that leaks patient detail to an ad platform is a HIPAA exposure rather than a marketing feature.

Email and recall

Written and sent. The consult who never scheduled, the annual nobody booked, the referring provider who has gone quiet.

Reporting

What shipped, on what date, to which page, and what came of it. Counted in new patients per month, not impressions.

02 · why medical practices need this

Why medical practice marketing pays.

A handful of new patients a month covers a year of this, and in a practice with recurring visits or a procedural line the arithmetic gets easier from there. That is the economic case in one sentence.

You are already paying for marketing. A few thousand a month, maybe more, running long enough that stopping feels like admitting something. Here is the part nobody says out loud: you cannot tell whether it works. An invoice arrives, a report arrives listing back the services you handed over in the first place, and no line connects any of it to a patient on the schedule.

That is not a complaint about the money. It is a complaint about not being able to check, and it is the thing practice owners say most often about the vendor who came before me.

The other pressure is consolidation. You are competing against hospital systems and private-equity-backed groups with marketing departments, which means the money you do spend has to be aimed properly and you have to be able to see where it went.

My answer is a record instead of a promise. Every audit I write is published in full at its own URL, faults included, so you can read one before you ever speak to me.

03 · medical practice marketing results

Audits you can read end to end.

You do not have to take my word for the standard of the work. These are real reports on real sites, published whole, and the unflattering findings are still in them. One of them was written for a client in a regulated field, which is the closest read you will get to how I handle yours.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

04 · seo process for medical practices

How I run medical practice marketing.

There are five steps, and each ends in a document. A step with no document behind it did not happen.

AI is the engine underneath all of it. It is why one person can run the search work, the ads, the site and the recall for your practice at the same time and still file every change where you can find it. The judgment is mine. The volume is the machine's.

The rules come first, not last. A patient's identity cannot appear in a testimonial or a photograph without written authorization on file, nothing I write promises a clinical result, and the analytics get configured so a page about a condition does not send an identifier to an advertising platform. You approve the wording before anything goes out, and a clinician on your side signs off on anything clinical.

Access and baseline

I get into the site, the ad account, the Google profile and the phone log, and I write down where every number stands today.

The work on the site. Technical faults closed, a real page built for each condition and procedure and each area you draw from, provider bios and credentials laid out properly, the Google Business Profile rebuilt, tracking configured so no patient detail ever reaches an ad platform. You get the list of what changed and the date it went out.

Ads on

Copy written inside the health advertising policies, negative keyword lists built before launch instead of after. Pruned weekly against booked visits.

Recall and follow-up

Email going out to the consults who never scheduled and the patients overdue for an annual, which is already the least expensive source of visits your practice owns.

A one-page record every month covering what shipped, what it produced, what comes next and what I got wrong. It lands on its own.

Every issue I find gets a date the day I find it, and it closes itself when a later crawl stops finding it. You hold the login, so you can see how long anything has been sitting there without asking me.

05 · how long medical practice marketing takes

How long medical practice marketing takes.

Two clocks, and confusing them is how practices end up disappointed. Paid is the fast one. Ads can be live within a week of account access, once the health policy review clears, and the front desk usually notices the same week.

Search is the slow one. On the conditions and procedures fewer practices are fighting over, movement typically shows inside the first ninety days. On the terms every practice in the Valley wants, plan on six months before you judge it, longer if the site is new. Those are the numbers I have watched hold.

Health topics also sit under a higher bar for expertise and trust, which means named providers, real credentials and pages a clinician actually reviewed. That work takes longer to build and it holds far longer once it ranks.

06 · how much medical practice marketing costs

What medical practice marketing costs.

$1,000 a month per service. Search counts as one, Google Ads as one, the website as one, email and recall as one. Two services are $1,799 a month, three are $2,499, and you take only the ones the practice needs.

No setup fee and no onboarding fee. The practice owns the site, the domain, the ad account, the analytics and the data, and you keep all of it if we stop. Ad spend is separate and goes to Google, not to me.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.

The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts your practice.

Most of this category will not print a number. You want one, so here it is.

07 · common medical practice marketing questions

Medical practice marketing questions.

How to market your medical practice?
Start where patients already look. A complete Google Business Profile, one honest page for each condition and procedure you want more of, reviews asked for at the end of every visit, then paid search on the services that fill your schedule.
What is the 3 3 3 rule in marketing?
It is a rough attention budget. Three seconds to catch someone, three more to hold them, thirty to make the case. For a practice page that means the specialty and the location up top, and the booking option visible without scrolling.
What are the 5 P's of healthcare marketing?
Product, price, place, promotion and people. In a private practice the last one carries the most weight, because patients choose a named clinician they can read about far more often than they choose a facility.
What are the 4 pillars of medical practice?
Clinical quality, patient experience, operations and financial health. Marketing sits on top of all four rather than beside them, because visibility that outruns your capacity or your front desk creates a worse patient experience, not a better month.

who does the work

Who does the work.

You own a private medical practice in The Valley and you cannot check what your marketing money did.

I do the work on your account myself, and the same person you talk to is the person who ships it.

I studied design first. Then a decade inside agencies, running production, then accounts, then creative direction, then the sales team, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.

What you get from that is a straight answer about what is realistic and a dated record of what changed, which is the part most owners cannot get out of what they already pay for.
