What autonomous AI builds are.
The naive version is one AI agent running overnight on a vague instruction: no scope control, no review, no rollback.
The version that works is a pipeline. A scout finds the work. A veto gate kills dangerous ideas before they run. A dispatcher routes each task to the specialist agent for it, keeps it isolated, proves it builds, and decides whether to release it or hand it back.

Before any change goes out it clears five checks in order: typecheck, build, smoke tests, preview deploy, screenshot. No subjective judgment in the gate.
If a worker finds mid-build that the change is bigger than estimated, it stops, stashes the work, and parks the task for a human. The system handles the routine work and hands back anything that deserves eyes.
04 · AI AUTOMATION FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS
How the overnight work gets reported.
Every notification is silenced overnight. At 7am one message lands with the whole night in four sections: what went out, what is parked and why, what failed the gate, and what was vetoed.
