B2B LEAD GENERATION
The Closers Stopped Prospecting.
Quotible had a sales asset that worked and two people doing the hunting by hand. I gave them the engine around it, inside their own stack, so they own it.

at a glance
A go-to-market engagement for Quotible, business software for auto dealerships: an owned lead machine that finds and verifies dealership decision-makers overnight, places them in a GoHighLevel sub-account, and carries coordinated multi-touch cold outreach with a champion layer seeded weeks ahead, so the founders' best sales asset reaches more dealers without the manual hunting around it.
- the problem
- Quotible is a small automotive software company whose lead-response product lives inside dealership CRMs. Its strongest sales motion is a personalized secret-shop comparison video that two salespeople ran by hand.
- who has it
- Founder-led business software teams with a product that performs and a sales motion that closes but no engine at the top of the funnel, where the people who close are also the people who prospect.
- the pain
- The video does its job. Finding the dealerships, finding the right contacts, verifying emails, sending the outreach and following up were all manual, so the closers spent most of their time on tasks that should carry themselves.
- cost of doing nothing
- The top of the funnel stays capped at how many hours two people can spend prospecting instead of selling. The product proves itself in demos, and not enough buyers ever reach a demo.
01 · WHY B2B PIPELINES STALL
Why B2B pipelines stall.
Quotible sells lead-response software to car dealerships. Its sharpest sales move is a personalized secret-shop comparison video, where a dealer is shown how their own lead response stacks up against a Quotible-powered one. When a dealer watches it, they book a demo.
The asset was proven. Everything around it was hands. Two salespeople were finding the dealerships, researching contacts, verifying addresses, sending the outreach and chasing the follow-ups themselves.
That is the trap every founder-led software company falls into. The only people who can prospect are the same people who close, so the top of the funnel is capped at how many hours two people can spend not selling.
02 · AUTOMATED PROSPECTING
What the prospecting engine does nightly.
The machine sits inside Quotible's own GoHighLevel sub-account, fed by a sourcing pass that fires on a schedule rather than on somebody remembering.
03 · COLD OUTREACH AUTOMATION
How the champion play works.
A dealership is not a one-person decision. The general manager signs, but the BDC team lives inside the lead-response workflow every day and feels the problem first.
So the outreach does not fire at everybody at once. The champion layer gets seeded fourteen to twenty-eight days before the message to the general manager lands. By the time the decision-maker hears the name, it is already familiar inside the building.
That timing is the difference between a cold name and a warm one, and it reuses on any sale with more than one stakeholder. Seed the influencer, then ask the buyer.
04 · GTM AUTOMATION AND YOUR CRM
How the handoff to your CRM works.
Quotible already ran Pipedrive as the active sales CRM, and it stayed. Ripping out a system a team already trusts is how a good engagement becomes an internal fight.
The cold machine sits in a separate GoHighLevel sub-account and talks to Pipedrive on engagement. Net-new cold prospects get the cold tracks. Existing and dormant accounts get a gentler re-engagement treatment instead of a cold message aimed at somebody who already knows the company.
That split does two jobs. It respects the relationships the team already has, and it keeps the sending domain healthy, because the fastest way to burn a domain is to blast a list you never separated.
05 · SUPPRESSION AND LIST HYGIENE
What gets checked before a send.
Cold outreach with a contract behind it needs a gate, not good intentions. Before one campaign went out, a suppression pass checked 3,481 dealership rooftops against the non-solicit list and caught 8 that would otherwise have been contacted.
Eight out of three and a half thousand sounds like a rounding error until you consider what one of them costs. That check runs before every send, and it is why unattended outreach can be trusted at all.
Every track also carries per-cohort analytics, so the engine gets tuned on real engagement instead of a guess about which subject line felt better.
06 · B2B SAAS LEAD MACHINE
Who this lead machine is for.
Founder-led business software companies with a product that performs, a sales motion that closes, and nobody handling the top of the funnel. The same shape applies to a professional-services firm where the partners are also the only business developers.
What this engagement delivered is the engine: an owned top of funnel that puts a proven asset in front of far more buyers than two people can reach by hand. The closing-rate numbers Quotible publishes belong to their product and its dealer customers.
AI is the force multiplier underneath the sourcing, the verification and the triage, which is how one marketer covers ground an outbound shop staffs with a team. The strategy calls are still mine.
07 · B2B LEAD GENERATION PRICING
What B2B lead generation costs.
$1,000 a month for the AI systems line, which is where a lead machine like this sits. Same number I quote everybody, printed here instead of held back for a call. Two services together are $1,799 and three are $2,499. No setup fee.
No setup fee. Three months, then month to month with thirty days' notice. Everything sits in your accounts, so the top of your funnel is an asset you own instead of one you rent from an agency.
Scope moves the total, not negotiation. One service line is five hundred a month, and adding a second applies the bundle rate to both.

09 · GET FREE AUDIT
Let me audit the site before you decide.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers, including where you are dropping the leads you already paid for. About a day. No call needed.
If the fix is not something I do, I will say so.
who did the work

I run this for my own pipeline, which is how I know the numbers.
Fourteen years, over three hundred Valley businesses, and the names are on the work page.
You will not be handed to somebody you have never met.
