LAS VEGAS WEB DESIGN
Your Site Exists Before We Talk.
I assemble it from your own public information, you look at the real thing, and one tap makes it yours. No login, no brief, nothing to imagine.

838 prospects, each with a site already built
at a glance
A Las Vegas web design factory that assembles a prospect a finished, on-brand website before the first sales call, from that business's own public listing and site, stored as a thin pre-addressable record and rendered on demand in well under a second, gated by deterministic honesty and search checks and a compounding self-learning loop so every site is cleaner and faster than the last.
- the problem
- WebVegas sells done-for-you managed websites to solo Las Vegas home-service operators, housekeepers, handymen, pool, electrical and plumbing, reached through cold outreach.
- who has it
- Owner-operated local service businesses that will never staff a marketing role and will never log into a website builder twice.
- the pain
- A normal web design pitch sells a promise. The owner has to picture the result, trust a stranger, and do work, a call, a brief, decisions, before seeing anything at all. Almost none of them will.
- cost of doing nothing
- The outreach converts near zero, an 838-business prospect list never turns into revenue, and every send burns sender reputation for nothing.
- what shipped
- The spec site carries the business real name, real Google rating and review count, real phone number and real service area, and it says on the page that it is a sample and not a live page. Each one is the opening line of the outbound sequence.
01 · WHY WEB DESIGN PITCHES FAIL
Why web design pitches fail.
A normal web design pitch sells a promise. The designer shows you other people's sites, asks you to picture your own, then asks you to do work: a call, a brief, a pile of decisions, all before anything real exists.
If you run the business yourself, that is a lot of homework for a maybe, so the pitch dies quietly and everybody concludes the market is hard.
The problem was never that the business does not need a website. It is that nobody had ever shown the owner theirs. So I inverted it. Assemble the site first, from public information, and let the owner look at the finished thing.
02 · WEBSITE BUILT BEFORE THE CALL
What exists before you reply.
This is WebVegas, my own venture, so it is also where I test how far a system can go before a human is involved. Before any conversation happens, the system finds the business, reads its public Google profile and existing site, and assembles a complete, on-brand website using the real business name, rating, phone and service area.
There are 893 of those addresses standing, and 892 of them resolve to an honest page today.
03 · RENDER ON DEMAND WEBSITES
Why finishing a site first is affordable.
Most designers cannot afford to finish a site for somebody who has not paid, so they sell a promise instead. The economics are the obstacle, not the design.
So each site is stored as a thin record instead of a heavy pre-generated bundle, and it assembles itself the moment somebody opens it. Median wall-clock is 476 milliseconds, down from 641 across 85 logged generations, because each generation feeds the next.
That keeps the cost of producing any one site close to nothing, which is the only reason a finished website can be handed over for free with the decision left until afterward.
04 · LOCAL SEO BUILT IN
How local SEO is built in.
A good-looking site nobody finds is decoration, so search structure is part of the construction: the right structured data, a clean sitemap, fast loading and real local pages.
Six deterministic checks block a page from shipping at all, and one exists to stop a specific temptation. The system refuses to generate dozens of thin pages that swap one neighborhood name for another, because that works for a few weeks and then costs the owner for years.
Twelve components sit in a registry marked do-not-rebuild, which is how the tenth site inherits the fixes from the first nine instead of repeating them.
05 · DONE FOR YOU WEBSITE LAS VEGAS
Who these websites are for.
The operator who is also the business: the housekeeper, the handyman, the pool tech, the electrician, the plumber. They will not become part-time web designers and they should not have to.
The first live client through the same surface was a cleaning company in The Valley. The owner stays the face of the business, the site and the follow-up behind it are mine to run, and there is no builder to log into again.
For a professional-services firm the same principle applies in a different register. You should see the work before you commit to it, and AI is the engine that makes showing you the finished thing cost less than describing it.
06 · LAS VEGAS WEB DESIGN PRICING
What a website costs.
$1,000 a month for the website line. Same number I quote everybody, printed here instead of held back for a call. Two services together are $1,799 and three are $2,499. No setup fee.
No setup fee. Three months, then month to month with thirty days' notice. You own the domain, the site and the analytics, so you leave with a working website rather than a hole where one used to be.
Scope moves the total, not negotiation. One service line is five hundred a month, and adding a second applies the bundle rate to both.
07 · COMMON WEB DESIGN QUESTIONS
Web design questions.
How can a site exist before I am a customer?
Is this a template with my name pasted in?
Do I have to log in or learn any software?
Will it actually help me get found?
What does it cost to see mine?
Who does the work after launch?
08 · GET FREE AUDIT
See the audit before you spend anything.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers. About a day. No call needed.
If the fix is not something I do, I will say so.
who did the work

Sometimes I build the site before the first call, because it is faster than describing it.
Fourteen years of Valley clients, and 5-star rated on Google.
One marketer, one name on the work, and no handoff to a junior after you sign.
