MARKETING AUTOMATION LAS VEGAS
The Work Happens Without Reminding.
Four specialists own four functions and each keeps its own published schedule. Every one has to correct something rather than log it, and I sign off on whatever reaches your customers.

at a glance
Four named, scheduled AI specialists, one each for SEO, ads, social and email, each keeping its own published schedule on the agent runtime, doing a done-for-you marketing job on its own and reporting back, with a person approving anything that reaches a client.
- the problem
- A local service business needs four distinct marketing functions moving at once: SEO and content, paid ads, social distribution and email. Each is a job instead of a task, and each has to happen on a rhythm whether or not anyone remembers it.
- who has it
- Owner-operated professional-services businesses in The Valley and the operators who serve them: anyone trying to keep SEO, ads, social and email all moving without a four-person team.
- the pain
- These functions run on cadence or they decay. Search research that happens only when somebody has time stops compounding. Ad accounts left unchecked spend on losers. Social goes dark for two weeks. Email reputation drifts until the inbox starts catching everything.
- cost of doing nothing
- Rankings slip, ad spend goes to campaigns nobody paused, social momentum dies, and deliverability craters quietly until a whole sending domain is in spam. None of it arrives as a single bill. It arrives as a slow leak nobody can point at.
- what shipped
- A published-audit surface where every finding is a tracked issue with a priority, a methodology block that says how the audit was written, and OBSERVED, INFERRED and UNKNOWN tags on the claims so a reader can tell evidence from inference. The client sends their team a link, not a file.
01 · WHY MARKETING WORK SLIPS
Why marketing work slips.
The functions that grow a professional-services business are the ones that have to be regular. Search research compounds only on a rhythm. An ad account left unwatched spends steadily on the campaigns that are losing. Social momentum dies after two silent weeks. Email reputation drifts until a whole sending domain lands in spam.
Every one of those is the work a busy owner drops first, because it is never urgent on any single day. Putting it on a person's list is how it dies.
None of it shows up as a single bill either. It shows up as a slow leak nobody can point at, which is why it goes unfixed for years.
02 · AI MARKETING AUTOMATION LAS VEGAS
The four automated specialists.
Marketing automation usually means software you log into and configure yourself. That is not this. Here it means four named specialists, each owning one function and keeping its own published schedule, the way an employee clocks in except that they do not forget.
Each has a written contract for how it does the job and a schedule that says when it wakes. You do not read the dashboards or operate the platforms.
03 · EMAIL MARKETING AUTOMATION LAS VEGAS
Why every job corrects something.
Every scheduled wake-up is recorded in one place, a table a single production scheduler reads and fires. Each specialist authenticates as a dedicated automation account rather than mine, so running these around the clock never eats anybody's interactive budget.
The rule that makes this more than a status dashboard is one sentence: every recurring job has to correct something, not just log it.
The email specialist's warmup check is the clearest example. When a sending domain drifts off its ramp, the check does not file a note for a person to read later. It puts the daily sending cap back on the ramp and records the drift. Correcting is the job. Logging is the receipt.
04 · DONE FOR YOU ADS MANAGEMENT LAS VEGAS
Where a person stays in charge.
Autonomy on the recurring work does not mean nobody is watching. The specialists carry the cadence, the research, the audits and the corrections on their own. Anything that reaches your customer waits for my sign-off, and there is no unattended ad spend.
That split is deliberate. What gets removed is the part that breaks when a person gets busy, the regular, unglamorous, easy-to-skip work. What stays with a person is the part where judgment matters and a name is on the line.
AI is the engine and the force multiplier here. It is why one marketer covers four functions on a published cadence an agency staffs with four people, and why the decisions still come from me.
05 · MARKETING AUTOMATION FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES
Who marketing automation is for.
Owner-operated professional-services businesses in The Valley: the dental practice, the law office, the clinic, the firm with a real marketing budget and nobody senior in the marketing seat.
They do not need a national brand campaign. They need search compounding, ad spend watched, social alive and email landing in the inbox, every week, without doing it themselves and without hiring four people.
The honest version. If you already have somebody senior running all four of these functions on a cadence you can check, you do not need me.
06 · MARKETING AUTOMATION PRICING LAS VEGAS
What marketing automation costs.
$1,000 a month per service line, and each of these four is its own line. Same number I quote everybody, printed here instead of held back for a call. Two services together are $1,799 and three are $2,499. No setup fee.
No setup fee. Three months, then month to month with thirty days' notice. You own the ad accounts, the sending domain, the social accounts, the analytics and the Search Console property, so if you leave you leave with all of it.
Scope moves the total, not negotiation. One line is five hundred a month, and adding a second applies the bundle rate to both, which is how most people who want more than one function do it.
07 · COMMON MARKETING AUTOMATION QUESTIONS
Marketing automation questions.
What is marketing automation, the way you run it?
Is this different from a scheduling tool I already use?
How often do they actually wake up?
Will something go out that I did not want?
Why four separate specialists instead of one that does everything?
How do I know the schedule is really being kept?
08 · GET FREE AUDIT
Begin with a free site audit.
I crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send a ranked list of what is costing you customers, including which of these four functions is still on a cadence and which has quietly stopped. About a day. No call needed.
If the fix is not something I do, I will say so.
who did the work

I run these four autopilots on my own business first.
I have been at this in the Valley for fourteen years, for north of three hundred businesses.
The person you hire is the person doing the work.
