AI CLIENT PORTAL

I built the system that does the work and the portal you watch it in as one application, so checking on your money is not a favor you have to ask me for.

at a glance
Valhalla is the operating system and client portal I run this business on: one application where every piece of work lives as a task inside a project under a client, where twenty-one scheduled jobs fire the automated work, and where clients log in to watch their tasks, deliverables, billing and activity instead of waiting on a status email.
- the problem
- Agency work scatters across documents, spreadsheets, CRM notes and chat threads, so the client cannot see progress and trust depends on a status email somebody writes by hand at the end of the month.
- who has it
- Owner-operated businesses in the valley paying a monthly marketing bill they cannot verify: law firms, dental and medical practices, accounting firms, med spas and home services.
- the pain
- The owner cannot check the work, so every question costs a day and every answer arrives as a summary written by the person being paid.
- cost of doing nothing
- Status writing eats the time that should go into the work, deliverables get lost between tools, and a year later there is no durable record of what was actually built.
- what shipped
- A published-audit surface where every finding is a tracked issue with a priority, a methodology block that says how the audit was written, and OBSERVED, INFERRED and UNKNOWN tags on the claims so a reader can tell evidence from inference. The client sends their team a link, not a file.
01 · WHY CANNOT I SEE WHAT MY AGENCY IS DOING
Why you cannot see agency work.
Here is how it normally goes. The work happens somewhere you cannot see, in documents and spreadsheets and chat threads nobody outside the building can open, and once a month a summary of it arrives written by hand.
That summary is not a record. It is a story about a record, and the person telling it is the person being paid. You are not being lied to. You simply cannot check it.
So trust becomes a feeling instead of a fact, and every question you have to ask costs you a day.

02 · WHAT IS AN AI CLIENT PORTAL
What the client portal is.
Valhalla is the operating system I run this business on, and your login is a window into it. Not a copy. The same database that fires the work is the one your screen is reading.
When a task moves to done, it moves in your portal at the same moment it moves in mine. Nothing is summarized after the fact because there is no after the fact.
03 · CLIENT PORTAL SOFTWARE FOR AGENCIES
The four words the portal uses.
The whole system reduces to four words, which is why a busy owner can open it and understand it in a minute.
A campaign is a task with subtasks. A website build is a task with subtasks. There is no separate vocabulary per kind of work, and subtasks stop one level deep so nothing turns into a tree you cannot read.
04 · AI PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR AGENCIES
How the monthly work repeats.
If you are on a monthly service line, the recurring work is set up once and then arrives on its own. A task is marked as a template with a recurrence rule, and a scheduled job creates the next one on time, so the content drop and the ranking report appear on the calendar without anyone rebuilding them from memory.
If one month needs to be different, that occurrence gets edited and the rule is left alone. The history stays in your portal, so a year in you can scroll back and read what was done in March.
Twenty-one scheduled jobs keep the platform moving on its own, and a watchdog notices when one that should have fired goes quiet.
05 · CAN I TRUST THE NUMBERS IN A CLIENT PORTAL
Where the portal numbers come from.
Revenue in your portal is read from Stripe, the record of money that actually moved, not an advertising platform's estimate of what it thinks it earned you. A scheduled check compares the two and flags any drift.
Deliverables are promoted to production before any link reaches you, so a link I send you is a finished thing and not a preview that will change under you.
That is the whole design principle. If a number appears on your screen, it can be traced to the system that produced it.
06 · HOW MUCH DOES A CLIENT PORTAL COST
What the client portal costs.
The portal is not a product I sell you. It comes with the work. $1,000 a month per service line, and the login is included from the first week. Two services together are $1,799 and three are $2,499. No setup fee.
Add a second line and the bundle price applies across both. Three months, then month to month, no setup fee, and you own every account and every page in there.
07 · CLIENT PORTAL QUESTIONS
Client portal questions.
What is an AI client portal?
Can I really watch the work happen, or is it a dashboard built for me later?
How is this different from Notion, Asana or Monday?
Can I trust the revenue numbers I see in there?
Do I have to learn software to use it?
What happens to my record if I leave?
08 · GET A FREE WEBSITE AUDIT
A free audit is the first step.
The audit is free and it comes back as a real document: your score, a ranked fix list, and the order I would do it in.
If you become a client, that document is the first thing sitting in your portal, and everything after it lands in the same place.
who did the work

Every client gets this login in the first week, and it is not something I sell separately.
Fourteen years in the Valley. The work is on a page you can open.
Nobody hands your account to a junior once you have signed.
