at a glance
A multi-module website audit that crawls the whole site, hands each lens to a dedicated specialist, technical, content, structured data, sitemap, speed, visual, AI search, local and maps, and aggregates every finding into a single score from zero to one hundred with a ranked, evidence-cited fix list.
- the problem
- An owner cannot tell from the outside whether their site is healthy, and most audits are one tool's report or a generalist's opinion instead of a whole-site inspection.
- who has it
- Owner-operated service businesses in the valley and any business about to start spending on marketing: dentists, lawyers, clinics, med spas, home services and local business to business.
- the pain
- They get told the site has problems, but not which ones matter, in what order, or with what proof. Single-tool reports miss whole categories, and modern sites get false findings that make a healthy site look broken.
- cost of doing nothing
- Advertising money lands on a leaky site, pages never get crawled or cited, tracking and structured data stay quietly broken, and an answer engine cites a competitor instead.
01 · WHY FREE WEBSITE CHECKERS ARE USELESS
Why free website checkers are useless.
You have probably run a free checker on your homepage and got a letter grade and a list of warnings. That is fine for a spot check and useless for a decision.
It graded one page out of however many you have. It cannot see the pages it never crawled. And on a modern site it often reads a stripped-down copy of the page, then reports things as missing that are installed and working.
So you end up told that the site has problems, without being told which problems matter, in what order, or with what proof.

02 · WHAT A FULL WEBSITE AUDIT CHECKS
What a full website audit checks.
A full audit is a whole-site inspection. I crawl the site page by page, up to five hundred pages, and inspect every part that decides whether you get found and whether you convert.
Most audits check one of the things below. This one checks all of them in a single pass and then tells you what to fix first.
03 · HOW A WEBSITE AUDIT WORKS
How the website audit runs.
Nine phases on your own site, plus an eight-phase companion pass for everything that lives off it, like your backlinks and your reviews.
The first step reads your real page source instead of a simplified copy. That sounds small and it is the difference between a true finding and a false one, because most tools read the stripped version and then report installed things as absent.
From there the crawl runs, the audit works out what kind of business you are, and each category goes to a specialist that does only that category. Eight always run, and up to seven more join when the site calls for them, like local search for a clinic or product pages for a shop. Each returns its own scored section with evidence, and it rolls up into one number.
AI is what makes that volume possible in a day rather than a fortnight. The call on what matters is mine.
04 · AI SEARCH VISIBILITY AUDIT
How AI search visibility is checked.
A site can clear every traditional check and still never get cited by an answer engine. AI Overviews now appear on roughly half of Google searches, and assistants send a growing share of buyers.
So it is checked in the same pass: whether the AI crawlers are permitted to read you at all, whether your pages lead with a direct answer the way passages get extracted, whether the structured data and question blocks those systems lean on exist, and whether your brand or a competitor sits in the citation pool for your money searches.
You get a plain reading of where you stand, in the same document, not as a separate thing to buy.
05 · WEBSITE AUDIT EXAMPLES
Published website audit examples.
I publish audits under my own name, at their own addresses, dated. You can read a real one right now without filling in a form, which is the fastest way to judge whether you want one written about your site.
That document is the service. If it reads like something you would act on, that is the whole pitch.
06 · WHO I RUN AUDITS FOR
Who I run audits for.
Owner-operated service businesses here: dentists, lawyers, accounting firms, clinics, med spas, home services, local business to business.
Most of them are about to spend real money on advertising pointed at the same site the audit inspects, and pointing spend at a leaky site is the most expensive mistake I see. The audit is tuned for local search, for the profile, and for the trust signals a customer in The Valley checks before they book.
You get the number, the ranked list, and the order, so the next dollar lands on a site that is ready to receive it.
07 · HOW MUCH DOES A WEBSITE AUDIT COST
What a website audit costs.
The audit is free. I run it before the first conversation because seeing the truth about the site is the fastest way for you to decide what to do about it, and for me to decide whether I am the right person.
If you want the fixes done, that is $1,000 a month per service line, three months, then month to month, no setup fee. The accounts and pages stay in your name from the first week, and I do not promise a ranking position, because nobody can honestly promise one. Two services together are $1,799 and three are $2,499.
