How much does SEO cost?
$1,000 a month. That is the SEO line, and it is the same $1,000 whether you are one attorney or a practice with four locations: the technical work, the pages, the Google Business Profile, the reviews, the AI-search work, plus the written audit. A second line makes the two together $1,799 a month. Three are $2,499. No setup fee.
How long does SEO take?
The technical fixes are verifiable in the first month, because a page either loads fast now or it does not. Written pages and profile work usually start showing movement between month two and month three, on the terms already closest to ranking. From month four the compounding is what you watch. That is a pattern instead of a promise, and it assumes work keeps shipping.
Do you require a contract?
No. Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that. The first month costs $1,000 like every other month because there is no setup fee, and you can stop in any month after the first three with thirty days notice in writing. Prepay a year and the twelfth month is free, and your price is locked for twelve months either way.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and Google itself cautions against anyone who says otherwise. Nobody controls where Google puts you, including me. What I do guarantee is checkable: a reply within twenty four hours, your approval before anything ships, and a dated record of every change and the page it touched.
What happens if I want to leave?
Thirty days notice in writing and you are done. You own the domain, the site, the hosting, the analytics, the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile and every page, image and video made for you, all of it in your name from the start. You get a full export on the way out, and none of it sits on a platform that stays locked to me.
Who actually does the work?
I do. The person who sells you is the person doing the work, and nothing gets handed to a junior after you sign. AI is the engine underneath: it crawls every page, checks every term and catches regressions a person would find only by accident, which is how one marketer covers ground that usually takes a department. What to do next is still my call and my name is on it.

What if my problem is not search?
Then I say so. I will tell you what is costing you customers, then fix it, and if the fix is not something I do I will say that on the call instead of selling you the nearest thing on my list. Search is the largest part of what I do and it is one of eight lines.
Do you work with businesses outside Las Vegas?
Yes, and most of the work is here. I am based in Las Vegas and work with owners across The Valley, in Henderson, Summerlin, Spring Valley, North Las Vegas and Boulder City, plus clients elsewhere in the country.
How fast do you respond?
Every inquiry gets a real answer within twenty four hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and the phone number on this site reaches me rather than a queue.

It crawls your whole site, scores it, and sends back a ranked list of what is costing you customers. Free, with no call attached unless you want one. If it finds nothing worth paying to fix, I tell you that and you owe me nothing.
