What It Costs

$1,000/month

Per service line, monthly

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that. No setup or onboarding fee, and you own the domain, the hosting, the analytics and every page.

One service$1,000/month
Two services$1,799/month
Three services$2,499/month

One service $1,000. Two $1,799. Three $2,499.

WHAT YOU GET

What is included in the website.

A site that is built to be found, not just to look current. Every page written for the way people actually search, technical faults closed before launch, and call and form tracking live on day one so every lead has a source attached.

AI carries the volume underneath the build. It checks every page against what the winning results in your category are doing, catches the broken link or the page that quietly stopped being indexed, and does it every week rather than once at launch. The judgment is mine and the account is yours.

The guarantee is the work and the record. Every issue gets a date the day I find it, every change is logged, and a one-pager lands every month. That is a promise about what you can see, not about where Google puts you.

  • Design and build, written and shipped, on hosting in your name.
  • Pages structured for the searches your business should win.
  • Speed and mobile work done before launch, not sold back to you later.
  • Call tracking and form tracking, so a lead is never an anonymous number.
  • Changes after launch. There is no change-request fee, because the monthly figure is the fee.
  • A monthly one-pager: what shipped, on what date, and what it produced.

NO CONTRACTS

No contract on the website.

Three months, because nothing real happens faster. If there is no movement by month three, you leave. Month to month after that.

You own the domain, the hosting account, the analytics, the Search Console property and every page of copy from the first week. If you go, you go with the working site rather than a copy of it.

That is the part most owners have been burned on. A site you cannot move is not a site you own, and I will not be the reason you are stuck.

THE SHORT ANSWER ON WEBSITE COST

What a website costs.

$1,000 a month, with no setup fee and no onboarding fee, so the first month costs what every month costs. The design, the build, the hosting, the changes afterwards and the tracking are all inside that number.

No discovery call produces your figure, because your figure is already on this page. If you also want search or ads run alongside it, two services are $1,799 a month and three are $2,499.

  • No setup fee and no onboarding fee
  • Hosting, changes and tracking included
  • The domain and every login in your name

WHAT CHANGES THE NUMBER

What changes a website price.

Almost nothing changes the monthly figure. What changes is how long the first build takes before it goes live, and that is a scheduling question rather than a pricing one.

Four things actually move the work. A one-page site for a single service goes live in days. A firm with eight service pages, four locations and a booking system takes longer to reach the same finished state.

  • How many pages have to earn a search. A site that needs one page per service and per area is more writing than a brochure site.
  • What has to connect. Booking, payments, a member area, a property or listing feed, or an existing system that has to keep working.
  • Whether the copy exists. If nobody has written it, I write it, and that is included rather than quoted separately.
  • What you are moving off. A clean move takes days. A site with a decade of pages and links pointing at them takes a careful redirect plan so the rankings you already have survive.

COMMON WEBSITE PRICING QUESTIONS

Website pricing questions.

How much does it cost to create a website?

$1,000 a month here, with no setup fee, which covers the design, the build, the hosting and the changes afterwards. Elsewhere you will see a one-time build price, and the gap is usually everything that happens after launch.

Is fifteen hundred dollars a good price for a website?

For a one-time build, that price buys a template with your logo on it and then you are on your own. It is a fine deal. It is just a different product from a site somebody keeps working on every month.

Can I run a website free of cost?

Yes, on a free builder with their name in your address, and it will cost you the ranking and the ownership instead of the money. If the budget is genuinely zero, do that and come back when the phone justifies it.

Why is owning a website so expensive?

Because the build is the small part. Hosting, updates, security patches, speed, tracking, and rewriting pages that stopped ranking are the ongoing cost, and that is what most one-time quotes leave out.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. The first month costs what every month costs, which is $1,000 for the website on its own, $1,799 with a second service and $2,499 with a third.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. Every account is opened in your name with me added as a manager, and if we stop working together you keep the live site, the domain, the analytics and a full export of everything.

LAS VEGAS DIGITAL MARKETER

Who does the work.

Justin Harris, Las Vegas digital marketer

I am Justin Harris, a Las Vegas digital marketer, and I build the sites myself.

Fourteen years in this valley and more than 300 businesses. I studied design first, then spent a decade inside agencies running production, account management, creative direction and finally the sales team, on work for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts.

You came here for the number, so here is the other thing worth knowing: the person who quotes you is the person who builds it, and nothing about your site ends up locked in an account you cannot reach.
