GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE AUDIT
Check Your Profile Free.
Most local buyers read your Google profile before they ever open your website. This tells you what yours is doing, item by item, in a report you can open yourself.
PROFILE AUDIT REQUEST
Name the business.
WHAT IT CHECKS
What the profile audit checks.
A written report on the profile and where it currently appears. Every item is right, wrong or missing, with the fix named. Decisions, not scores.
Category and services
Your primary category is the single biggest lever on the profile, and the wrong one quietly removes you from searches you should be in. Secondary categories and the services list get checked against what you actually sell.
The information customers act on
Hours including holidays, phone, the address as Google has it, the link people land on, appointment links and the attributes that appear in the panel. Anything wrong here costs you a booking with no trace.
Photos, posts and the description
How recent the photos are, whether they are yours or stock, whether the description says what you do in the first line, and whether anything has been posted this quarter.
Reviews and replies
Count, average, how recent the last one is, and whether anybody replies. A profile with no reply in six months reads as a business nobody is minding.
Where you show up
The live map results for the searches your buyers use, so you can see your actual position rather than the one you assume from searching your own name.
Name, address and phone consistency
Whether the three agree across the web. Disagreement is common, easy to miss and straightforward to fix, and it is one of the few local problems with a definite answer.
WHO THE PROFILE AUDIT IS FOR
Who the profile audit is for.
Any business in The Valley where somebody nearby searches and then picks between three profiles on a map. Dental practices, law firms, accounting firms, med spas, clinics and home service operators.
Most useful in two situations: the profile has not been touched since setup, or somebody is paid to manage it and you have never seen what they changed.
HOW IT WORKS
How the profile audit works.
Name the business
Your business name and city, plus an email to send the report to. You do not have to give me access to the profile and you do not have to change anything.
The profile gets read
Every public field on the listing, plus the live map results for the searches that matter in your category and your part of the Valley.
You read the report
One page, ordered by what it is costing you, with the fix named next to each item. It arrives at its own web address so you can open it again or hand it to whoever manages the listing.
Get Free Audit
I will crawl your whole site, score it 0 to 100, and send you a ranked list of what is costing you customers. Free, about a day, no call attached unless you want one.
GET YOUR REPORT
Getting your profile report.
Free, and nothing sits behind a call. You get the report whether or not we speak, and about half the items on a typical profile you can fix yourself once somebody names them.
Want it done rather than listed, Google Business Profile work sits in the SEO line at $1,000 a month, three months, then month to month, no setup fee. The profile stays yours, every change dated, checkable without asking me.
If the report says your local presence is fine and the problem is somewhere else, I will say so.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Google Business Profile questions.
What is a Google Business Profile audit?
A check of every field on your Google listing against what actually drives local visibility, plus a look at where the listing currently appears for the searches your buyers use. It ends in a list of specific fixes rather than a score.
Do you need access to my profile?
No. Everything checked here is public, which is the point: it is what your next customer sees. Access only matters later, if you want the changes made rather than listed.
Why does my profile matter more than my website?
Because for a local search it is read first. The map panel gives somebody your hours, your reviews, your photos and a call button before they ever reach a page you wrote. A great website behind a neglected profile is a decision made before your site got a vote.
What is the most common problem you find?
The primary category. It is one dropdown, it is frequently set to something adjacent rather than exact, and being in the wrong one removes you from searches you should be competing in. Second most common is that nobody has replied to a review in months.
Can you get me into the top three on the map?
Nobody can promise that, including me. Google decides placement and anyone selling you a position is quoting a number they do not own. What I will promise is that every change is dated on the item it touched, so you can check the work rather than take my word for it.
What does it cost to have this managed?
Profile work is part of the SEO line, which is $1,000 a month, three months, then month to month with no setup fee. That line also covers the site work, the pages, reviews and AI search. Two lines together are $1,799.

Who does the work.

I read Valley profiles constantly, and this is the same read I do for a paying client.
More than three hundred businesses here, and you can read what I did for the ones I publish.
You get me on the call and me on the keyboard.
